| The construction of beautiful countryside is an important measure to promote the development of rural economic and social sciences,improve farmers’ quality of life and accelerate the process of urban-rural integration,and it is the main starting point to promote the construction of new countryside and ecological civilization.In recent years,with the gradual advancement of beautiful countryside in Fuyang City,the agricultural production mode and daily life style of farmers have undergone earth-shaking changes.Natural gas,electricity and other low-cost energy sources are widely used as fuel instead of crop straw.Crop straw has gradually turned into a major pollution problem from being the main fuel and animal feed in rural areas,and the phenomenon of discarding straw at will and burning straw has been repeatedly prohibited,which not only waste,but also pollution.In view of the above problems,this paper selects Fuyang City,a traditional agricultural city in northwest Anhui Province,to study,makes field visits to some beautiful countryside in Fuyang City,conducts questionnaire surveys and direct interviews to different groups such as relevant cadres,farmers,large grain growers,cleaners,etc.,and checks the current situation of straw pollution according to the conversation guidelines.Through the investigation of the pollution caused by crop straw in the construction of beautiful countryside in Fuyang City,and the analysis of related research trends at home and abroad,it is realized that the crop straw resources in Fuyang City are quite abundant,but the utilization of straw mainly stays in the original agricultural utilization mode,with low technical content and small added value.Crop straw will pollute the atmosphere,water and so on in the process of burning and sprinkling.There are many reasons for this,such as ineffective government guidance,low participation enthusiasm of farmers,insufficient participation of social forces,weak comprehensive utilization of straw,inadequate follow-up of mechanical technology and so on.According to the cause analysis,the following countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.It is necessary to give full play to the promising government,improve policy co-ordination,adjust work orientation according to the situation,and integrate straw industry planning into beautiful countryside construction;It is necessary to improve the innovation mechanism,strengthen policy publicity and education,tilt the financial support for comprehensive utilization of straw,and increase farmers’ participation in beautiful countryside construction and comprehensive utilization of straw;We should respect the market mechanism,encourage enterprises to participate,exert the main role of enterprises,and actively build the development of straw industrialization;It is necessary to expand the comprehensive utilization methods of straw,recruit biomass fuel enterprises,improve the utilization capacity of straw as fodder,and stabilize the utilization position of straw as fertilizer;It is necessary to strengthen technical support,introduce advanced machinery and equipment,strengthen agricultural machinery and agricultural technology training,and strengthen high-tech research and development.The above measures can not only promote the development of circular economy,increase farmers’ income,effectively avoid pollution,but also improve the construction effect of beautiful countryside. |
