Study On Pollution Control Of Rural Production In Jintan District Of Changzhou From The Perspective Of Beautiful Rural Construction

The environment is the basis of human survival.In any era,the production and life of any country cannot be separated from the environment.With the continuous development of the new rural economy and society in the new era,rural residents yearn for a better ecological environment more and more strongly,and the level of beautiful rural construction continues to improve.However,the corresponding environmental problems caused by agricultural and industrial production are becoming more and more prominent,such as soil pollution,water pollution,waste gas pollution Solid waste pollution,which has seriously affected the construction level of beautiful villages.According to the ideas of summarizing the current situation,finding out the problems,finding out the reasons and putting forward countermeasures,based on combing the relevant concepts and theories,this paper makes a detailed investigation on the pollution control of rural production in Jintan District of Changzhou by using the methods of literature research,questionnaire and interview.Through a comprehensive understanding of the economic and social development of Jintan district and the current situation of pollution control in agricultural production and township industrial production,this paper focuses on the problems existing in the pollution control of rural production: first,the effect of pollution control is not ideal,and the residents’ satisfaction with pollution control is not high;Second,the pollution control of rural production and the solidification of resource structure;Third,the implementation of pollution control policies in rural production is delayed;Fourth,in the process of pollution control of rural production,social participation is limited.The main reasons for the above problems are as follows: first,the legal system related to pollution control of rural production needs to be improved.Second,there is a lack of understanding of the importance of pollution control in rural production.Third,the rural production pollution control lacks the necessary resource guarantee.Fourth,climate change has a great impact on rural pollution control.Based on the above research,this paper puts forward some suggestions on pollution control of rural production in Jintan District of Changzhou: first,establish and improve the long-term mechanism of pollution control of rural production from the aspects of laws and regulations,management mechanism,supervision and multi-party participation.Second,establish a correct concept of development and governance,and improve the understanding of the importance of pollution control in rural production.Third,strengthen the pollution control guarantee of rural production in terms of talent,capital and technology.Fourth,establish a green production chain in rural areas and constantly consolidate the achievements of special pollution control in rural production.
