Research On The Efficiency Of The Use Of Government Subsidies

With the proposal of China’s green development strategy in recent years,the energy industry has been further developed.Relevant departments have increased subsidies and supervision for the transformation and upgrading of the traditional coal industry.However,coal enterprises are limited by the high cost of technology conversion,resulting in explicit or implicit problems in their operations.In the socialist market economy,the supporting government subsidy policy is another important means to solve the problem of coal enterprises turning the crisis into safety.However,it is not clear what kind of impact the subsidy will have on the performance of a specific enterprise,so this paper selects Shaanxi Coal Industry as a case enterprise to analyze the impact of government subsidies on the performance of the enterprise.This study is divided into six chapters,using case analysis method and factor analysis method.Firstly,the research background,the significance of topic selection,the existing research on government subsidies on enterprise performance are sorted out,and the research entry point,content and method are determined.Secondly,the basic concepts of government subsidies,enterprise performance,externality theory,and Light house effect are studied to provide a theoretical basis for subsequent research.The government subsidies in the coal industry were introduced again,and the impact mechanism of government subsidies on enterprise performance was explored.After that,the basic situation of Shaanxi coal industry is introduced,the overview of its government subsidies is explained,and the impact of government subsidies on enterprise performance is determined.After the establishment of the performance evaluation system,the comprehensive evaluation of the performance of the enterprise is carried out.Finally,the research is summarized,and according to the previous analysis,relevant development suggestions are put forward from the perspectives of the government and enterprises.Through research,this paper finds that after obtaining government subsidies,SHAANXI COAL INDUSTRY applies them to improve its own operation and consolidate its own foundation.But its improved performance is not entirely dependent on government subsidies.According to the analysis,it is proposed to track and evaluate the government subsidies,improve the information disclosure system of government subsidies,and strengthen the audit of government subsidies.From the perspective of enterprises,suggestions are put forward to improve the use efficiency of government subsidies,enhance research and development ability,improve product competitiveness and strengthen the internal supervision of enterprises on government subsidies.Through the research,on the one hand,I hope to improve Company’s reasonable application of government subsidies and enhance corporate performance.On the other hand,it hopes to provide practical reference for similar research.
