Research On The Impact Of Green Innovation On The Economic Performance Of Enterprises With High Energy Consumption And High Pollution Take Zijin Mining As An Example

Owing to the rapid growth of China’s economy,the struggle between the preservation of environment and enterprise development has also deepened,and China has also paid more attention to the environmental problems that accompany economic development.Therefore,relevant environmental protection policies have been issued and the importance of green innovation has been clearly put forward.Especially for the high-energy consumption and high pollution industry,this industry,as one of the industries with the greatest harm to the environment,is the key target of the state.The state clearly pointed out that this industry should speed up the pace of green transformation,eliminate backward and energy-consuming production processes and equipment,and prohibit unqualified products from entering the market.To complete the green transformation as soon as possible is the only way for the development of the energy-intensive polluting enterprises,and to carry out green innovation activities is the key for enterprises to realize the green transformation.Therefore,this paper selects Zijin Mining,a typical nonferrous metal enterprise,conduct deeply analyze the green innovation behavior of enterprises,study the impact of green innovation on enterprise economic performance,stimulate other enterprises to carry out green innovation,and provide reference for other enterprises to take the green development path.This paper firstly uses the literature research method to sort out the related domestic and foreign literature,and sums up the possible relationship between green innovation and economic performance and its impact;then take the four theories of stakeholders,sustainable development,resource-based view and input-output as the analysis mechanism of this paper,and build the theoretical analysis framework of this paper.Then discusses the main problems in the development of high energy consuming and high pollution industries in our country,the present situation of green innovation and the ways of green innovation affecting economic performance.Secondly,Zijin Mining Company is selected as the case of this paper by case study method to conduct detailed analysis,analysis the reason of the green innovation and the development of the status quo,from five aspects the specific combed the green innovation path effect on economic performance of enterprises.Finally,the comparative analysis method is used to analyze the enterprise’s finance performance before and after the implementation of the development strategy,as well as the horizontal comparative analysis with the same industry,as well as the brand image,customer satisfaction and market share of three non-financial performance indicators.Through the case study of Zijin Mining’s green innovation,this paper believes that enterprises’ green innovation can bring environmental benefits to enterprises and also help enterprises achieve economic benefits.This economic benefit is not obvious in the early stage of enterprises’ green development,but the more enterprises adhere to green development,the more significant the economic benefits will be,and it will also produce continuous competitive power to enterprises.Finally,some propositions for enterprises to develop green innovation activities were put forward from the viewpoints of business and government,hoping to offer help for the green transformation of industries with high energy consumption and high pollution in our country.
