In recent years,with the preparation of polymer microspheres technology development,functionalization of magnetic polymer microspheres because of its magnetism,active site rich functional groups,more and more widely applied in the field of biology,medicine,etc.Micron grade large specific surface area of the functionalization of magnetic polymer microspheres,got the wide attention of researchers.At present,there are many researches on the preparation of magnetic polymer microspheres with small particle size and nanometer size,while the research on the preparation technology of functional magnetic polymer microspheres with large particle size and micron size is not mature.Foreign countries have their patented technology,and it is expensive to purchase functional magnetic microspheres.Due to the rich amino and carboxyl groups on the surface of micron magnetic microspheres,biological ligands can be conjugated by activating the functional groups on the surface to achieve a variety of applications.This paper mainly does the following two work research.1.Preparation of micrometer-level aminoated magnetic polymer microspheres and exploring the feasibility of surface modification proteins.Magnetic polymer microspheres were successively prepared by dispersive polymerization,seed swelling and in-situ generation.Si O2 was coated by Stover method,and APTES was the source of amino group.Under the optimal preparation conditions,the amino content of the amino group was about 6.7 mmol/g,and the particle size of the amino group was about3.5μm.The Zeta potential of the solution is-21.5 m V,the system is stable,and the saturation magnetization is 8.7emu/g.The aminoated magnetic polymer microspheres can be successfully conjugated to proteins and have magnetic response properties.2.Preparation of micron-level carboxylated magnetic polymer microspheres and exploring the feasibility of surface modification proteins.The carboxylated magnetic polymer microspheres were prepared by copolymerization method and swelling method,and were compared in morphology,size and magnetic properties.Under the optimum preparation conditions,the average hydration particle size of carboxylated magnetic microspheres prepared by copolymerization method was about 2.7±0.7μm,the carboxyl content of carboxylated magnetic microspheres was 0.124 mmol/g,the content of Fe3O4 was about 37.01 wt%,and the saturation magnetization was only 2.09emu/g.The average hydration particle size,carboxyl content,Zeta potential,Fe3O4content and saturation magnetization of carboxyl microspheres prepared by swelling method were about 3μm,0.098 mmol/g,-17.1 m V,10.08 wt%and 8.6 emu/g.Carboxylated magnetic polymer microspheres can be successfully conjugated to proteins and have magnetic response properties.
