| With the increasing severity of global climate change,the low-carbon economy has become the focus of international attention.In order to meet this challenge,the Chinese government has put forward the goals of achieving carbon peak before 2030 and carbon neutrality before 2060,and has introduced a series of environmental protection policies to encourage enterprises to accelerate transformation and upgrading and reduce carbon emissions.As one of the high-energy-consumption,high-emission industries,the production activities of the steel industry have a great impact on the environment,through the establishment of a scientific,reasonable and operable supply chain performance evaluation system,steel companies can comprehensively assess the carbon emissions in their own supply chain,and formulate practical emission reduction plans,so as to achieve low-carbon transformation.Therefore,the construction of a low-carbon supply chain performance evaluation system is of great significance for highly polluting steel enterprises.Based on this background,this paper first combs the relevant literature such as low-carbon supply chain and performance evaluation in the context of carbon,and finds that there is little research on the construction of low-carbon supply chain performance evaluation system for specific high-polluting industries such as steel,and combines the background of the "dual carbon" goal to demonstrate the importance and necessity of the steel industry to pay attention to the construction of low-carbon supply chain under the background of "dual carbon",so as to determine the research direction of this paper.Secondly,this paper analyzes the overall overview of the supply chain performance evaluation of the case enterprises,compares and analyzes them with the excellent level of the industry,and summarizes and compares the existing problems in the performance evaluation system of the case enterprises.Then,on this basis,the actual situation of the case enterprise is combined with the existing literature,the indicators related to the development of the low-carbon supply chain of the enterprise are selected,and a set of low-carbon supply chain performance evaluation index system adapted to the background of the times is constructed from the aspects of economy,low carbon and operation,and the questionnaire survey method and analytic hierarchy method are used to empower each index,and the scores of the enterprise in the three aspects of economy,low carbon and operation are obtained,and the results are analyzed.Finally,based on the above research results,suggestions are given from three aspects: improving economic performance,low-carbon performance and operational performance,covering optimizing data collection and processing,scientific and technological innovation,reducing supply chain costs,and managing waste resources,so as to be used as a reference for government departments,enterprise management and researchers.Based on the above analysis,this paper concludes that incorporating low-carbon indicators into the traditional supply chain performance evaluation system can more comprehensively and scientifically evaluate the supply chain performance of case enterprises,because although complex factors at home and abroad,such as supply-side reform,capacity reduction,the new crown epidemic,and trade wars,have had a certain impact on the financial performance of steel enterprises,the company’s score in terms of low-carbon performance has improved significantly.Therefore,compared with the traditional supply chain performance evaluation system,the low-carbon supply chain performance evaluation system pays more attention to environmental protection and sustainability,and can also improve the competitiveness of enterprises,so as to better meet the current social and market development needs. |
