This article addresses the industrialized green production of yeast products,cites the Life Cycle Assessment(LCA)theory,combines the principles of fermentation kinetics,establishes the LCA process-oriented assessment model based on the industrial process of yeast production,and conducts computerized analysis and evaluation research on the carbon emissions of each link through production big data.The production of yeast products has formed a more complete production model,due to the variability of the process between different manufacturers,the boundary range and parameters of their production processes are different,so that the LCA evaluation model also has different and can not form a unified evaluation model.In order to meet the production needs,it is necessary to use computer technology to realize an interactive system that can be used by producers to build their own evaluation models,which can be applied to the production evaluation of yeast products to realize the tracking and evaluation of the whole process of yeast production,with greater social benefits and practical significance.The system uses computer visualization graphics technology to build a library of modules based on production unit boundaries based on the common elements of the general process of yeast production,allowing users to build corresponding evaluation models based on their own production processes using the drag-and-drop technique of graphic elements,and then perform a comprehensive evaluation through systematic processing of big data from the plant to achieve LCA evaluation of its production.Finally,the system was evaluated with several sets of actual data for real measurements,and the calculation was corrected by comparing and analyzing between experimental data,using the formula of influence factors.The use of this system can provide better results for actual production,in which the production consumption is adjusted and the values of environmental pollutants such as carbon emissions are reduced,so as to reach the standard range of industrial production.
