| With the rapid development of information technology,it has become feasible to realize the exchange of information and data of electroplating production line between different departments of the enterprise and the intelligent management of related data and information by the enterprise.In this paper,combined with the development of computer monitoring technology and the Internet,a networked electroplating production line monitoring system is developed,which allows field operators to monitor and set process parameters on the production line in real time,and also allows process administrators and product quality administrators to control the process plan.and remote management of product history data.This paper studies the electroplating production scheduling problem under the task of multi-variety and small batch production,and proposes an improved genetic algorithm aiming at reducing the total energy consumption and pollution emissions of the production line.Based on the analysis of the work flow of the electroplating production line monitoring system,a general design scheme consisting of PLC automatic control system,server and client application program is proposed.The PLC automatic control system is responsible for the operation control and real-time monitoring of the production line equipment,the server is responsible for centralized management of product process plans and historical data,the client provides human-computer interaction,and completes data communication with the server through network requests.The system uses the MX Component control to realize the communication between the computer and the PLC.This paper gives the necessary instructions for the installation and use of the control.The system uses My SQL database to manage historical production data and maintain related data models.Based on the SSM framework,the server-side functions are decoupled into modules such as login registration,program management,historical data management and production report download,and the working sequence diagram and business logic interface of each module are given.Based on the Winform window technology,the computer desktop application program is developed,the modules of the desktop application are developed and realized,and the used controls and the workflow of each module are introduced.Based on the Unity3 D engine,the 3D simulation monitoring subsystem of the electroplating production line was developed,and corresponding models were created for the main equipment of the production line,and the scene restoration of the production line in the Unity3 D program was completed.Finally,the functions of each module of the system are tested,and the test results show that the objectives of each functional module have been basically achieved. |
