Electroplating is an important process. The products dealt with electroplating process, not only products quality get improved,but also products performance can be vastly improved.And it greatly extends time of the products. Kinds of parameters control in plating process will directly affect the successful implementation of the electroplating process,and get high quality products. Therefore,in order to monitor electroplating production line in plating production process,designing a good reliability and high stable monitoring system is very important.In this paper,the target is designed the electroplating production line monitoring system.Firstly,the paper analyses the questions which are existing in old electroplating production line.Aiming at the questions,this paper proposes that it uses Siemens PLC as the main control unit.Combing with the task distribution of computer,the upper monitor computer and the site operation platform of Siemens touch screen,designing Electroplating Production line Monitoring System.According to the production process configuration,designing the system hardware and software.Achieving the system real-time monitoring.In order to realize an accurate control of Temperature in the monitoring system.The paper study electroplating constant temperature control system.By analysing the temperature performances in electroplating process.Putting forward to using fuzzy algorithm to control temperature.Using PLC inner PID model to deal with data.The constant temperature is come true.Fuzzy PID algorithm is tested by the MATLAB simulation software,tested effective and feasible.Practical experience of the electroplating line indicates that good control in monitoring system,high stability.It can achieve constant temperature control.It fully meets the needs of actual production. Not only do product quality and production efficiency improved, but also test the feasible of design program.
