The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that Chinese path to modernization is a modernization in which man and nature coexist in harmony.Respecting nature,conforming to nature,and protecting nature are inherent requirements for comprehensively building a socialist modernized country.We must firmly establish and practice the concept that green waters and mountains are golden mountains and silver mountains,and plan development from the height of harmonious coexistence between humans and nature.Based on the "Two Mountains" scores of 31 provinces,cities,and autonomous regions in China from2010 to 2019,this article dynamically presents the current development status and evolution trends of each province and city.To provide scientific policy suggestions for the sustainable development of regional economy is of great practical significance to the high-quality development of regional economy and the comprehensive management of ecological environment,and helps to achieve Chinese path to modernization of common prosperity for all people.This thesis first defines the connotation of Jinshan Yinshan and Green Water and Green Mountains,and then constructs Jinshan Yinshan evaluation index system and Green Water and Green Mountains evaluation index system.The entropy method of panel data is used to assign weights,and the data of 31 provinces,cities and autonomous regions in China from 2010 to 2019 is used to measure the two indexes.The three-dimensional nuclear density map is drawn using MATLAB software Arc GIS software draws a spatial distribution map to conduct a comparative static analysis of the spatiotemporal evolution of the two mountain indices.Then,the spatial Durbin model is used to dynamically study the convergence of the indices.Finally,the coupling degree and coordination degree of the two are extended to reveal the current level of interaction between the two mountains.Based on the conclusions obtained,targeted countermeasures and suggestions are proposed.Research has found that:(1)From 2010 to 2019,the Liangshan Index continued to improve,indicating that China’s level of comprehensive ecological and environmental governance and high-quality economic development is constantly improving;The conclusion drawn from analyzing the kernel density map is that there is a "Matthew effect" in the high-quality economic development index and comprehensive ecological environment management among provinces,but it gradually weakens with each year;There are three gradient agglomeration effects in the high-quality economic development level of each province;The comprehensive management level of ecological environment in most provinces is concentrated at a relatively low level,with significant inter provincial differences,but regional differences are narrowing.(2)Spatial distribution pattern: In terms of the Jinshan Yinshan Index,the development level of eastern coastal cities is higher than that of inland areas and there is a agglomeration effect,with significant differences in horizontal direction intervals;The "one shaped" region composed of Beijing Tianjin Hebei,Shandong,Jiangsu,and Shanghai as the core has a radiative effect,driving the development of surrounding provinces.In terms of the Green Water and Green Mountains Index,the Tibet Autonomous Region scores far higher than other provinces,occupying the highland of the country’s ecological civilization.The Beijing Tianjin Hebei region,Shandong Province,Jiangsu Province,and Shanghai have formed a good comprehensive ecological environment management situation,and can effectively radiate to surrounding provinces.(3)Convergence and coordination analysis results: From the coefficient of variation,both mountain indices exist σConvergence,narrowing inter provincial differences;Simultaneously significant βConvergence means that the central and western regions will catch up with the eastern regions at a higher growth rate;The coupling degree and coordination degree of the Green Waters,Green Mountains,and Golden Mountains,Silver Mountains indices are gradually increasing,and the two have become more coordinated.
