| Spontaneous combustion of coal can lead to mine fires,causing not only economic losses but also human casualties.At present,the common prevention and control technology still has shortcomings,and the three-phase foam fire prevention technology can effectively prevent coal spontaneous combustion and overcome the shortcomings of these technologies,but the three-phase foam has high requirements on stability and foaming multiple.Therefore,the preparation of high performance blowing agent is of great significance.In addition,there is no unified standard for detecting the foaming multiple and stability of three-phase foam at present.Therefore,it is very important to study the testing standard for the foaming multiple and stability of three-phase foam used in coal mine.In this paper,a high performance three-phase foaming agent was prepared.The optimum formula was studied and compared with the commercially available three-phase foaming agent.In the study of the three phase foam foaming multiple and stability of the test standard,by comparing the shock method,pressure airflow method,stirring method of three foaming methods,summed up a standard test method.The main research results are as follows:(1)Five foaming agents,sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate(Las-30),coconut oil diethanolamide(CDEA),sodium α-enyl sulfonate(AOS),polyacrylamide(PAM)and modified silicone polyether microemulsion(FM-550),were selected.The dosage of foaming agent was optimized by orthogonal experiment,and the optimal ratio was as follows: Las-30: CDEA: AOS: PAM: FM-550= 3:1.5:6:0.1:2(mass ratio),stability improved by 48.2%.When the mass ratio of foaming agent to water is 1:12,the mass ratio of solid to liquid is 1:4,the mass ratio of xanthan gum is 0.60%,and the particle size of fly ash is 130-150 μm,the performance of three-phase foam is the best.In terms of packing performance and fire resistance,the self-made foaming agent is higher than the commercial foaming liquid.(2)Through XRD analysis of three kinds of fly ash solid phase,the fly ash from Huainan Luohe Power plant is the most suitable for this experiment.By comparing the shock method,pressure airflow method and waring blender to test the stability,in waring blender,the use of three-hole plate stirring rod at 1500 r/min speed of the three-phase foam performance is the most stable;By comparing the relative deviation of the half-life measured under the conditions of removing the stock solution and not removing the stock solution,and transferring and not transferring the three-phase foam,the stability detection error is the least when removing the stock solution and not transferring the three-phase foam.By controlling the ambient temperature of the three-phase foam,the higher the temperature,the worse the stability of the three-phase foam.Through particle size analysis,it is found that the more small bubbles,the better the stability of three-phase foam.(3)By comparing the shock method,the pressure air flow method and waring blender to detect the foaming ratio,in the waring blender,the use of a two-hole plate stirring rod,at the speed of 3000 r/min to produce the maximum foaming ratio of three-phase foam;By comparing the relative deviation between the incremental method and the reduction method,and between the transfer and the non-transfer,the error of the foam multiple detection is the smallest when the incremental method and the non-transfer three-phase foam are selected.By controlling the pressure of the air flow method,the greater the pressure,the greater the foaming factor of the three-phase foam;By controlling the temperature of the three-phase foaming liquid,when the temperature is 50 ℃,the foaming factor is the largest.Figure [51] Table [61] Reference [97]... |
