| Relying on the rapid development of the Internet environment and "O2O" local life,instant delivery puts forward new requirements for "instant and accurate" logistics,and gradually develops to "full scenarios","full distances" and "full time".In the face of new scenarios and new scope expansion,the "instant and accurate" service feature leads to riders being always busy,and traffic violations such as looking at mobile phones and running red lights during riding are common,seriously threatening the travel safety of themselves and other traffic participants.In view of this problem,this paper starts from the cycling helmet and combines intelligent technology to design a special smart cycling helmet for delivery riders,so as to improve the efficiency of riders’ delivery work,ensure the safety of riding,and bring them a humanized and innovative helmet experience.This paper first conducts research on the smart cycling helmet market,summarizes its functional technology application through relevant cases study,and provides technical guidance for the later stage of design practice.At the same time,research is carried out on instant delivery service,and its scenario classification,service process,and efficiency influencing factors are analyzed to prepare for exploring user requirements.Then,according to user requirements,by combining traditional research methods such as interview,questionnaires with scenario analysis method and KJ-AHP method,we deeply explore and transform user requirements.In terms of specific process,this paper obtains the explicit requirements of users based on the form of single interviews and questionnaire surveys.The scenario analysis method is used to restore the delivery behavior process of riders in different scenarios through scenario construction,and obtain the hidden requirements of users.The KJ-AHP method is used to integrate and summarize the two types of requirements,establish a hierarchical analysis model of smart cycling helmet design requirements,and derive the design requirements priority by constructing a judgment matrix.Then,based on the design requirements,the design principles and methods of smart cycling helmet are discussed from the aspects of shape,function,structure,material and color,and the design practice of product scheme is carried out on this basis.This paper starts with the design research of cycling helmet,hoping to provide a certain reference for the research of delivery rider-related functional hardware,and then improve the overall work experience of delivery riders. |
