Hua Jian Ji "is a collection of words compiled by Zhao Chongzuo of Later Shu during the Late Tang and Five Dynasties periods.It collects about 500 words from 18 poets from the Late Tang to the Five Dynasties period,and is a collection of works by Western Shu poets from the Five Dynasties and Ten Kingdoms periods.About 400 words in the lyrics are written about women,and their content mainly describes women’s clothing,daily life,and emotional life.Therefore,this article takes the female clothing involved in the lyrics as the research object,exploring the artistic style reflected in the female clothing in the lyrics,in order to reflect the aesthetic taste and awareness at that time.The article takes the description of women’s clothing in literary works before the late Tang and Five Dynasties,the social customs during the late Tang and Five Dynasties period,and the regional culture of Bashu as the background to sort out the historical and cultural origins of women’s clothing in "Hua Jian Ji".Starting from multiple descriptions of women’s clothing(including the material,color,makeup steps,styles,patterns of accessories,craftsmanship,etc.)in the lyrics,this study explores the aesthetic characteristics and fashion of women at that time in terms of clothing,makeup,hair,accessories,etc.It summarizes various female images and artistic expressions at that time,which contains aesthetic taste and sensory appreciation for grandeur,complex combinations,and bright colors Emotional aesthetic consciousness.Huajian Ci writers choose to depict women’s related things and express their emotions indirectly through describing makeup and clothing,which can reflect the social trends and women’s status at that time,and also highlight the concept of women.The article combines the influence of specific historical periods on the formation of the artistic style of women’s clothing in the late Tang and Five Dynasties,the influence of Bashu culture on the theme of Huajian Ciren’s creation,and the research methods of disciplines such as clothing history,clothing studies,and folklore,to study the aesthetic taste and awareness of women’s clothing description in "Huajian Collection" from the perspective of art studies,and to explore the aesthetic taste and awareness contained in the description of women’s clothing in "Huajian Collection",Reproduce the magnificent clothing style and open-minded social atmosphere of the late Tang and Five Dynasties period.Although the authors of "Hua Jian Ji" are all male,the content of the lyrics is mostly centered around women,which has improved the understanding of women in literary works of the late Tang and Five Dynasties and later generations,as well as the expression of women’s personality and spirit.
