| With the development of social economy,the production systems of various enterprises have become increasingly complex.As the core management personnel of enterprise production safety assurance,safety managers need to have the ability to deal with complex safety management problems.How to make enterprise safety managers possess this ability is a task that must be taken seriously in the process of cultivating safety professionals.Therefore,it is urgent to carry out research on improving the ability of security managers to analyze and solve complex security management problems.To address the situation and challenges of future security management,this article is based on the theory of system thinking,with the aim of improving the security system thinking ability of core security management personnel(current safety major students in universities)in future enterprises.The following research is conducted:(1)To solve the problem of "how to analyze complex security system problems",referring to the theory of system thinking,a security system thinking theoretical model is constructed;(2)In order to solve the problem of "how to master the theoretical model of safety system thinking",the Case method method is used to design cases for the cultivation of safety system thinking ability and carry out Case method practice;(3)To verify the effectiveness of the "theoretical model" and the "training case",an evaluation of the effectiveness of improving the safety system thinking ability of safety major students will be conducted,and effective ways to cultivate the safety system thinking ability will be determined.The main research content and results are as follows:(1)Constructing a security system thinking model.On the basis of system thinking theory and management problem theory,combined with the complexity characteristics of security system problems,a "three level,ten step" security system thinking model is constructed.To verify the effectiveness of this model,this model is used to analyze security management scenario cases.The results indicate that using the security system thinking model can effectively avoid situations such as unclear definition and incomplete analysis in the process of solving security management problems;(2)Case method design of safety system thinking model.Based on the research status of Case method of safety system engineering,sort out the knowledge system of safety system engineering,build a case framework matching the knowledge system,and integrate the safety system thinking model to design a Case method to improve students’ safety system thinking ability and carry out practice;(3)Evaluate the application effect of Case method of safety system thinking model.Based on the safety system thinking model,a safety system thinking ability evaluation index system is constructed,and a survey questionnaire is designed to evaluate the safety system thinking ability.Students are surveyed before and after teaching,and reliability and validity analysis are used to verify the reliability of the questionnaire and survey data.Statistical analysis is conducted based on the survey data.The results show that the application of Case method of safety system thinking model improves students’ safety system thinking ability by 40.7%,including 42.5% of the ability to define problems,33.7% of the ability to structured analysis,and 44.8% of the ability to system analysis.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)The constructed security system thinking model can be applied to analyze complex security system problems,providing a theoretical basis for cultivating the security system thinking ability of security professionals;(2)The design and practice of Case method of safety system thinking model has significantly improved the safety system thinking ability of safety majors,providing effective training contents and ways for the safety professionals’ safety system thinking ability. |
