| As an important ecological barrier and grain production base in China,the Yellow River Basin plays an important role in ecological protection and agricultural development.However,due to the large-scale and high-intensity construction and development activities of human beings and the impact of environmental and climate changes for a long time,the degradation of the overall ecological environment in the Yellow River Basin has become prominent,and the ecological situation is not optimistic,especially in the lower reaches of the Yellow River Basin,where water resources are scarce and the relationship between water and sediment Uncoordinated,the conflict between agricultural and ecological water use has intensified.In this context,exploring the coupling and coordination relationship between the ecological environment and high-quality agricultural development in the Yellow River Basin in Shandong Province is not only a major strategic requirement for national and regional development,but also plays the leading role of the Shandong Peninsula urban agglomeration to create ecological protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River Basin.An inevitable requirement of the Pioneer Zone.This thesis selects 23 districts and counties of the main Yellow River flow in Shandong Province as the research object.Based on the theory of ecological environment,agricultural development and coordinated development,the characteristics and effects of land use change in the Yellow River basin in Shandong Province were calculated quantitatively.Then,the coupling coordination mechanism of Ecological environment~ high-quality development of Agriculture(hereinafter referred to as EA)is analyzed,based on which the evaluation index system of EA coupling coordination is constructed.Taking "time series ~ spatial pattern ~ motivation mechanism" as the research baseline,the thesis quantitatively measured the spatial-temporal evolution characteristics of ecological environment development level,agricultural high-quality development level and their coupled coordinated development level in the Yellow River Basin in Shandong Province.Finally,the key driving factors of EA coupling coordination are identified,and the development path of differentiated coupling coordination is proposed.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Characteristics and effects of land use change in the Yellow River Basin in Shandong Province.(1)Characteristics of land use change: From 2010 to 2020,the land use in 23 districts and counties of the Yellow River Basin in Shandong Province was mainly construction land and cultivated land.The area of cultivated land continued to decrease,the area of construction land increased first and then decreased,the area of forest land and water area continued to increase,and the proportion of unused land continued to decrease.Construction land was the main destination of land use transfer from 2010 to 2015,and cultivated land was the land use type with the biggest loss.From 2015 to 2020,arable land,construction land and water area are the top three types of land use.(2)Ecological and environmental effects of land use change.The eco-environmental quality index of the Yellow River Basin in Shandong Province decreased slightly at first,and then increased rapidly,showing a "√" type.The increase of forest land and grassland area is the main reason for the improvement of ecological environment quality.The decrease of cultivated land and forest land area and the increase of construction land area are the main reasons for the deterioration of ecological environment quality.(3)Effects of land use change on agricultural development.If other conditions of agricultural production and development remain unchanged,only from the perspective of land use area change,the output or output value of planting industry,economic forest and fruit industry and forestry will decrease with the decrease of cultivated land,garden land and woodland area,and the decrease of agricultural land area will directly affect the development of agricultural economy.(2)Evaluation and spatial-temporal evolution of high-quality development level of ecological environment and agriculture in the Yellow River Basin in Shandong Province.(1)The ecological environment development index showed a "V" shaped development trend,with obvious differences in the development level of districts and counties,and the degree of change of districts and counties was large,and the development of the three criteria levels of environmental pressure,environmental governance and environmental level under the evaluation of ecological environment development level was not coordinated.From the perspective of spatial pattern,the ecological environment development index showed a spatial pattern of "high in the middle,low on both sides and high in the estuary",and the eastern counties were significantly higher than the western counties.The spatial positive correlation and agglomeration effect of eco-environmental development index were significant,while environmental pressure had a negative influence on eco-environmental development index.(2)Agricultural high quality development index continued to rise,and the development level of each district and county was different,and the overall ranking changed greatly.The development of each criterion layer under the evaluation of agricultural high quality development level was more coordinated.The agricultural high quality development index showed a decreasing trend from the middle to the two sides,forming a spatial pattern evolution from "point" to "point axis".The spatial positive correlation of agricultural high quality development index was significant,and the radiation force of high level districts and counties was large,which could be divided into three types: high strength area,transitional median area and low potential area.(3)Spatial-temporal evolution of the coordinated development level of metaphor and EA coupling in the Yellow River in Shandong Province.(1)The development level of EA coupling coordination in the Yellow River Basin in Shandong Province continued to rise,and the EA coupling coordination level in 23 districts and counties experienced a process of "antagonism ~run-in ~ coordination".(2)EA coupling coordinated development index showed the spatial differentiation characteristics of "high in the central region,low on both sides,and slightly high in the estuary".The development level of southwestern regions and counties was significantly lower than that of the central and eastern regions,and the spatial dispersion was first followed by agglomeration.(3)EA coupling coordinated development index has strong spatial positive correlation and strong spatial agglomeration,and there are two obvious hot spots(" high ~ high" aggregation area)in space,forming a regional high-quality growth pole with distinct characteristics.(4)The geographic detector model was introduced to analyze the driving factors of EA coupling coordination: environment level,environmental governance,high quality of agricultural products and high efficiency of agricultural production had significant driving effect on EA coupling coordination development level and the driving force was large;High efficiency of agricultural resources utilization and high level of agricultural environmental quality have significant driving forces,but small driving forces;The driving effect of agricultural social high benefit is not significant;The environmental pressure has negative driving effect.Based on this,this paper puts forward suggestions for promoting the coupling and coordinated development of EA in the Yellow River Basin of Shandong Province from the aspects of land use,establishing a comprehensive management system,enhancing the driving force of innovation,and adjusting the agricultural industrial structure. |
