| In recent years,flexible intelligent clothing has developed rapidly and has been applied in sports,daily nursing,military activities and other fields on a large scale.The development of flexible intelligent clothing is too fast,however the formulation of standards is difficult and spans a wide range,and moreover,as a multidisciplinary integration product,its testing and evaluation also involves a variety of disciplines.The difficulties above result in the lack of testing standards for flexible intelligent clothing,which is not conducive to the long-term development of the industry.The flexible intelligent heart rate suit is the first product to achieve industrialization among the flexible intelligent clothes.Therefore,the flexible intelligent heart rate suits,are discussed in this thesis,mainly focusing on the testing and evaluation methods regarding the flexibility,reliability and safety by referring to the existing standards and regulations at home and abroad.This paper mainly refers to the existing evaluation methods of fabric flexibility,and comprehensively analyzes the test mechanism and application range of the commonly used objective evaluation instruments,such as KES-F,FAST,FTT and Phabr Ometer?,for fabric flexibility.Through the research in this thesis,it is found that Phabr Ometer? style instrument is most suitable for evaluating the flexibility of intelligent heart rate suit.And according to the existing data the flexible intelligent heart rate suit softness index is summarized.Based on the existing standards of heart rate and ECG monitoring equipment,combining with the application scenarios and characteristics of the flexible intelligent heart rate suit,it is found that the reliability of the flexible intelligent heart rate suit cannot be comprehensively evaluated by means of analog electrical signal,and the functional reliability of the flexible intelligent heart rate suit should be determined by try-on testing with the root mean square error as the index.In addition,according to the actual application scenario,the washable test is added in this thesis.Safety performance evaluation are established in term of materials,hardware and information security,respectively.The evaluation on materials mainly uses GB 18401-2010 "National Basic Safety Technical Specification for Textile Products",combining with the components of flexible electronic components,and also adding the testing of dangerous materials.As for the hardware,the battery is served as the main body,and the external short circuit,overcharge,heat abuse,etc.are determined as testing items,as well as sweat resistance and protrudant height are also included because of the inherent characteristics of the flexible intelligent heart rate suits.The evaluation on information security involves the analysis on the possible threat factors from the whole information flow process,and gives suggestions on hardware security,user data security,operating system and application security.Finally,according to the research in this thesis,combining with the characteristics of the heart rate suit,a set of evaluation standards is drawed,in which the applicable object,operation process,requirements and indicators are specified. |
