As an important part of the development of national economy,transportation is the basic premise for the normal operation of society,economy and life of the country.However,the frequent occurrence of natural disasters has seriously threatened the normal operation of transportation infrastructure.After the accident,whether the emergency supplies,equipment and emergency team can be in place in time and whether the on-site disposal is timely affects the subsequent changes of the situation to a large extent.The capacity building of emergency management system and the information construction of emergency management have become the focus of attention in recent years.However,there are many difficulties in carrying out real road emergency drill,such as difficult scene construction,single content and huge cost.Therefore,the construction of emergency drill scenario database and virtual simulation environment for emergency drill,accident scenario simulation and online emergency virtual drill can solve these problems to a certain extent.Provide a scientific virtual drill environment in line with the real emergency business of the traffic industry,with realistic scene effects.At the present stage,the researches on virtual emergency drill are mostly focused on fire fighting,earthquake rescue and other places,and the scene design is relatively simple and lacks expansibility.However,there are still gaps in the researches on virtual emergency drill for road traffic industry,and the informatization of traffic emergency management still needs to be improved.In this paper,the integration of Internet and geographic information technology in the field of safety emergency,based on the traditional field exercise and desktop exercise,expand the new mode of road traffic emergency exercise.With the goal of improving the modernization of emergency management system and capability,the method of combining Web GIS and UE4 game engine technology was adopted to construct emergency exercise scenario database,carry out road emergency risk simulation,emergency virtual exercise,assessment of countermeasures and re search and development of road emergency virtual exercise system.The results show that the road emergency virtual drill system can provide a scientific virtual drill environment that conforms to the real emergency business of the traffic industry,with re alistic scene effects,and can assist emergency personnel to carry out daily training,online emergency drill and command and dispatch of actual combat drill.The main research and achievements of this paper are as follows:(1)The relevant data of road emergency management were processed and analyzed,and the road emergency scenario database was designed.With the event simulation module as the core,four kinds of emergency scenarios including landslide,road collapse,wind falling trees and road surface water were constructed.The modular design concept is adopted to build a disaster scenario library that can be dynamically adjusted to enrich the content of drill scenarios and increase the scalability of scenarios.(2)Propose the construction method of 3D scene for emergency virtual rehearsal.Construct 3D scene in the form of virtual geographic environment and combine with UE4 game engine technology,which can quickly render exquisite 3D scene and provide users with more interactive functions.A method of global scene consistent texture and material allocation based on slope terrain properties is proposed to solve the problems of cumbersome 3D scene construction process and material map tearing.A distance conversion algorithm based on the user’s visual fi eld was proposed,which combined with LOD detail level setting,distance elimination and occlusion elimination,reduced the number of polygonal surfaces on the same screen,and realized the optimization of3 D scene rendering.(4)The simulation of collapse,landslide and water accumulation was designed and realized.The process of road collapse in flood season is the point distribution of local ground sudden subsidence deformation.The C4 D dynamic simulation module is used to simulate the pavement layer and soil layer of the collapse model.According to the unbalance of the mountain rock system and the movement characteristics of the rolling stone,a network rock system with "bridge" as the connection form is designed and realized.Considering the limitation of operation efficiency and space structure of drill scene,a water simulation method of texture transformation form based on two-dimensional grid plane is designed and implemented.(5)Analyze and drill the user’s existence form in the virtual scene,and design the behavior logic of the virtual role;Based on UE4 attribute replication and RPC remote procedure call,multi-user network synchronization in virtual geography scenario is realized.This paper expounds the construction principle of the programmat ic grid model.According to the given vertex information,the programmatic model which can be applied to the emergency action and interact with the drill user is constructed.(6)The road emergency virtual drill system combining Web GIS and UE4 is developed,which reflects the characteristics of combining GIS and virtual geographic environment.The examination and evaluation mechanism for road emergency virtual drill is designed to assist emergency personnel in carrying out daily training.The virtual drill system is characterized by low implementation cost,repeatability,strong randomness of content and high convenience.Besides,non-key personnel can also log in the system for observation and learning,which provides an effective tool platform for improving the professional ability of emergency personnel in the transportation industry.
