| Coconut opening machine is a kind of equipment that can realize automatic opening of coconut.Compared with the traditional processing method of coconut,it has the advantages of safety,convenience and fast,but after a long time of use,there will be problems such as cutting tool failure,cutting motor failure and so on,which will seriously affect the normal use and opening efficiency of the opening machine.Digital twin technology is one of the hot technologies in the field of industrial intelligence at present.With the proposal of industry 4.0 and the development of intelligent manufacturing,digital twin technology is widely used in manufacturing,logistics,medical and health fields.Therefore,the digital twin technology is applied in the monitoring system of coconut opening machine in this study,and combined with embedded technology,data processing and data storage technology,data-driven modeling technology,etc.,a monitoring system of coconut opening machine based on digital twin is built.The monitoring system of coconut opening machine based on digital twin consists of physical layer,data layer,virtual layer and application layer.The physical layer is the source of real-time data during the opening process of the coconut opening machine.The embedded units and sensors in the physical layer can collect working parameters,current parameters and time parameters during the opening process of the coconut opening machine and transmit the data to the data layer for processing through the data transmission system composed of 4G communication module,communication base station,cloud server and computer terminal.The data layer is the medium connecting the physical layer and the virtual layer.The main function of the data layer is to preprocess and manage the collected data of the coconut opening machine.Preprocessing operations are carried out for common problems such as missing,abnormal and repeated data in the data.After preprocessing,database tables are established in the My Sql database for unified storage and management according to the logical relationship of data,providing high-quality data foundation for the virtual layer.The virtual layer is an important part of the digital twinning system.The mechanism model and data-driven model of coconut opening machine are established in the virtual layer.The mechanism model of coconut opening machine includes the working state model based on analysis method and the behavior model of coconut opening machine based on UML.The data driven model of the hole cutter includes the prediction model of state parameters of the hole cutter based on LSTM and the fault diagnosis model of the hole cutter based on decision tree.The mechanism model of the hole machine and the data-driven model in the virtual layer are integrated to support the realization of the system application function.The application layer is the highest level of the system.In the application layer,a Winform-based humancomputer interaction interface is developed,which integrates mechanism model and datadriven model through unified interface call.Based on multi-model integration drive,realtime state monitoring,predictive maintenance and fault diagnosis functions are provided for coconut opening machine.In this study,by establishing a monit oring system based on digital twinning,the real-time state monitoring,fault diagnosis and predictive maintenance functions of each coconut opening machine in the access monitoring system during the opening process,and the realization of the above functions can not only improve the user experience of coco-green hole cutting machine,but also save the maintenance cost of coco-green hole cutting machine.Also can improve the efficiency of coconut opening machine,prolong the service life of coconut opening machine. |
