| It is very important to determine the composition of materials in chemical reaction kettle for mastering the process of chemical reaction,controlling the rate of chemical reaction and ensuring the safety of chemical reaction.At present,optical and chemical methods are mostly used to test liquid components,which need to be tested in laboratory environment with various instruments.The application scenarios are limited and it is difficult to achieve the purpose of real-time test.The technology of portable,real-time test with microwave method and can be applied to the special environment of chemical reaction kettle is not common,so the development of this topic is of great significance.This subject is aimed at the material in the chemical reaction kettle to carry on the on-line test of the electric parameter.Firstly,the related research background at home and abroad is analyzed,and the existing test methods are compared.Based on the current research status of liquid components,according to the theory of microwave resonance method,a set of on-line test system for electrical properties of materials in chemical reaction kettle is designed,which works at 0.1-3GHz.In order to extend the measuring range of the device,stripline resonators and helical antennas are fabricated as sensors for liquids with different dielectric loss.In order to improve the dynamic range of antenna test,a shaped coupler is also made.And the corresponding test theoretical models are deduced for the two kinds of sensors.Finally,a test system is designed and integrated,which is composed of the sensor,the microwave device and the portable detection module.The portable detection module is composed of mini VNA Tiny vector network,Raspberry Pi 4B host computer and related supporting modules.The vector network module obtains data through the sensor end,and the host computer reads the relevant data,stores and displays the data,and realizes the real-time feedback of the test results.Finally,after verifying the stability and consistency of the system,the liquid single substance and mixed liquid are tested and verified by the test system,such as protection stirring test and variable temperature test;In order to achieve the purpose of testing the proportion of each component in the mixed liquid,the mixing rule was verified and the results were compared.Finally,the error analysis of the system is carried out.The experimental results show that the portable measurement system for electrical parameters of materials in chemical reaction kettle has the characteristics of accurate test results,convenient and simple test process,good system stability and wide application potential. |
