| Clear waters and green mountains are invaluable assets.The construction of key ecological functional areas in Gansu Province is of strategic significance to ensure the ecological security of northwest China and even the whole country.in《The National Plan for Main Functional Areas》,it is clearly required that ecological functions should be adhered to while coordinating the relationship with other functions,such as urban and agricultural functions in key ecological functional areas.In this paper,the panel data of key ecological functional areas in Gansu Province in 2000,2005,2010,2015 and 2020 are selected.Based on the connotation of regional functions,the evaluation index system of urban,agricultural and ecological functions of key ecological functional areas in Gansu Province is constructed based on the relevant research results at home and abroad.The entropy weight method was used to measure the level of urban,agricultural and ecological functions in the study area,and the spatial distribution characteristics of urban,agricultural and ecological functions were studied by the Moran’s index analysis method.At the same time,the coupling coordination relationship among urban,agricultural and ecological functions and its spatial distribution characteristics in key ecological functional areas of Gansu Province were discussed by constructing coupling coordination degree model.The results showed that:(1)the urban,agricultural and ecological functions of key ecological functional areas in Gansu Province showed a significant improvement trend during the observation period.The ecological functions were always higher than the agricultural functions,and then higher than the urban functions,but the urban functions improved faster than the agricultural functions and ecological functions.The biological diversity functional area of two rivers and one water area and the water source recharge functional area of Gannan have strong ecological functions,the water source conservation functional area of Qilian Mountain and the water and soil conservation functional area of Longdong have strong agricultural and urban functions.(2)Urban function,agricultural function and ecological function have significant positive spatial correlation;The spatial correlation of urban function and agricultural function showed a trend of strengthening,while the spatial correlation of ecological function showed a trend of weakening.(3)the coupling coordination degree of urban,agricultural and ecological functions and the coupling coordination degree of subsystems both increased during the observation period;The coupling coordination of urban,agricultural and ecological functions is higher in Qilian Mountain water conservation functional area and Longdong water and soil conservation functional area.(4)The coupling coordination degree of urban,agricultural and ecological functions has a significant positive spatial correlation on the whole,and the spatial correlation shows an upward trend.There is almost no spatial correlation between the coupling coordination degree of urban and ecological functions.The spatial correlation fluctuation of the coupling coordination degree of urban and agricultural functions increases,while the spatial correlation fluctuation of the coupling coordination degree of agricultural and ecological functions decreases.Based on the above conclusions,this paper puts forward the basic countermeasures to promote the coordinated development of key ecological functional areas in Gansu province: first,promote ecological construction according to local conditions;Second,build the main function guarantee system;Third,improve the compensation mechanism for ecological protection;Fourth,we will coordinate urban,agricultural and ecological development patterns. |
