Liquid rubber has the characteristics of low viscosity and high activity.The introduction of liquid rubber into rubber composite materials can adjust the structure of rubber network and improve the dispersion of filler,so as to improve the comprehensive performance of rubber.In this paper,Siloxanized and carboxylated liquid polybutadiene rubber(LBR)were prepared by mercapto-ene grafting chemical method,and silica/aramid pulp was grafted by mechanochemical method.The properties and properties of SSBR and NR composites were enhanced by modified silica/aramid pulp.The specific research content and results are as follows:By introducing different contents of LBR into natural rubber,the influence of LBR on damping performance was investigated.It was found that with the increase of LBR content,the Mooney viscosity decreased and the elongation increased.When the LBR content is 5%,Tgshifts to low temperature by 4℃,the damping temperature range widens to low temperature by 10℃,and the damping peak increases by 9%.The grafting of carboxyl group and siloxane mercaptan to LBR in different proportions and time was studied.By changing different reaction conditions,the functional LBR was regulated within 10%of grafting rateSiO2-g-LBR-g-MPTES/MPA was prepared by high-speed shear mechanism,and SSBR was reinforced by SiO2-g-LBR-g-MPTES/MPA.The results show that the dispersion effect of modified silica in SSBR is better than that of Si-69,and the secondary aggregation of silica in the vulcanization process can be prevented better.The vulcanization rate of rubber enhanced by modified silica is accelerated,which overcomes the shortcoming of delayed vulcanization of silica.The mechanical properties and anti-skid properties of LBR-g-MPTES modified rubber are obviously improved.The preparation methods of LBR modified aramid fiber were studied.It was found that LBR-g-MPA could be grafted onto aramid pulp by ball milling,and the main fiber of the modified pulp expanded and broke.The tensile strength of LBR-g-MPA modified aramid pulp reinforced rubber was increased by 31%and the volume of cutting loss was decreased by 21%.
