With the continuous acceleration of economic development and industrial production,the related risk pressure brought by climate change has increased significantly.At present,the increasingly strict emission control measures for manufacturing enterprises require enterprises to strengthen measures to reduce the carbon emissions of products.At present,due to its excellent product characteristics such as weather resistance and stability,the products in the organic silicon industry are widely used and the industry output develops rapidly,which is followed by a large amount of energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions.In view of this,this paper selected dealcoholized silicone adhesive products from the downstream products of silicone,studied the carbon footprint of dealcoholized silicone adhesive products through the life cycle theory,analyzed the carbon emission rule in the production and manufacturing process of products,and identified the main factors affecting the carbon footprint of their own silicone adhesive products,so as to develop feasible carbon reduction programs.It provides theoretical support for the calculation of carbon footprint of other similar production technology products.Based on the above research objectives,this paper carried out the carbon footprint analysis of silicone adhesive products.Firstly,the connotation of carbon footprint and the current calculation methods are reviewed.It is considered that the life cycle assessment method and the steps of product carbon footprint accounting have high suitability.Secondly,based on the life cycle theory,the carbon footprint evaluation model of silicone adhesive products was constructed.The dealcoholized silicone adhesive products were taken as the research example,and the carbon footprint accounting formula recommended by IPCC was used to calculate the carbon footprint of products in the life cycle from raw material production and transportation to the final product packaging and storage.Again,the sensitivity analysis of the calculation results of the carbon footprint of dealcoholized silicone adhesives was carried out to find out the key links and key data affecting the evaluation results of the product carbon footprint.The data quality of primary activity level data and secondary activity level data in the collected life cycle list is analyzed by using data quality index method,so as to find the important data that affect the reliability of the carbon footprint evaluation results.Finally,according to the carbon footprint evaluation results of dealcoholized silicone adhesive products,the low-carbon environmental protection design,energy saving and emission reduction production measures of silicone adhesive products were discussed.
