Tobacco industry is an important pillar industry of the economic development of our country.With the social development,the adjustment of economic structure and the improvement of national health awareness,tobacco industry development has become more difficult to maintain sustained growth.In order to achieve high quality development goals and enterprise operating goals,lean management has gradually become a key research direction of tobacco enterprises to reduce cost and improve efficiency and optimize management.In this paper,the tobacco production enterprise represented by Company G is selected to carry out the research.The process analysis and problem diagnosis are carried out around the core production,marketing and storage links in enterprise operation management.The multi-objective planning method and APS theoretical method are adopted to model the production,marketing and storage business field,and optimize the production,marketing and storage plan structure and production scheduling plan respectively.And establish the early-warning capacity and mechanism of target risks,effectively pull up the upstream and downstream business collaboration,data sharing and cooperation between driving departments.Compared with the current operation management mode of G Company,the method described in the research results can effectively promote the closer integration of production,marketing and inventory business activities and processes of G Company.Through the established production,marketing and inventory planning model and production scheduling model,the brand structure can be determined under the optimal state of enterprise business objectives and the effect of timely warning of the satisfaction of production factors in the rolling production scheduling process can be realized.It also drives relevant departments of the supply chain,such as market,production,materials and logistics,to conduct business linkage and target coordination,so as to achieve the overall production,marketing and storage management objectives of fixed brand structure and stable production tempo,reduce the extra waste caused by frequent adjustment of production,marketing and storage plans and production stop,and improve the production,marketing and storage lean management level of tobacco production enterprises.The research results can be used as a reference for similar tobacco enterprises to optimize the lean management of production,marketing and storage.
