During the “14th Five-Year Plan” period,China’s construction industry will basically determine the framework of high-quality development system,constantly improve the operation mechanism and quality and safety assurance system of construction enterprises,vigorously develop prefabricated buildings,establish a standard design system for prefabricated buildings,promote the intelligent improvement of production and construction,and improve the comprehensive benefits of prefabricated buildings.At present,prefabricated buildings have been promoted at the national level in China and entered a new stage of development.However,there are special-shaped structures in prefabricated buildings,which leads to great difficulty in hoisting,high construction requirements,and more prone to safety production accidents.Therefore,it is particularly important to develop prefabricated buildings,solve safety problems in the construction process,reduce the incidence of safety accidents,and formulate countermeasures for accidents.The traditional safety management mode is no longer suitable for the construction safety management of prefabricated buildings because it cannot maintain the dynamic stability of the construction safety state.Resilience is a hot topic in the field of safety research at present,which can reduce the incidence of safety accidents.Based on this,the construction safety evaluation index system of prefabricated building construction and safety evaluation will be a new idea for the safety research of prefabricated building construction.By analyzing the current situation of safety management of prefabricated building construction,this paper sorts out the types and characteristics of safety accidents of prefabricated building.Based on the theory of resilience,this paper analyzes the characteristics of safety resilience of prefabricated building construction,and identifies the influencing factors of safety of prefabricated building construction in combination with relevant standards and norms of prefabricated building and field investigation.From the four aspects of stability,redundancy,efficiency and adaptability,a safety evaluation index system of prefabricated building construction based on resilience perspective including 28 secondary indicators is constructed,and the connotation of the indicators is explained.The improved CRITIC method is used to calculate the objective weight of the index.The importance of the index is sorted according to the weight,and the best criterion and the worst criterion are determined.The subjective weight of the index is calculated by the modified BWM.The linear weighting method is used to couple the subjective and objective weights to calculate the index combination weight,which not only avoids the fuzziness between the indexes,but also overcomes the problem of strong subjectivity.The combination weight correction standardization matrix is used to construct the improved TOPSIS prefabricated building construction safety evaluation model,and three prefabricated building projects in Hebei Province are selected to verify the scientific rationality of the model.The results show that the safety status of project Jia,Yi and Bing is safe,very safe and very safe,which is consistent with the actual situation.It proves the feasibility of the improved TOPSIS prefabricated building construction safety evaluation model,which can provide convenience for the prefabricated building to quickly and accurately find the safety influencing factors.Finally,according to the evaluation results,targeted countermeasures and suggestions are proposed for the safety management of prefabricated building construction.
