Research On The Impact Effect Of Digital Economy On Urban Ecological Efficiency In Shandong Province

The manufacturing industry in Shandong Province has developed rapidly with complete industrial categories.At the same time,it puts much stress on resource consumption and environmental pollution.The digital economy has become a newly-developing business form under the current economic situation,continuously promoting the sustainable development of China’s economy and providing favorable things for the country’s green and orderly development.From 2021 and 2025 period,the goal of green development is still being deepened,and the rapid growth model of the past no longer applies.In the new era,China wants to get a transition to highquality development.It means that we need to get a win-win situation between economy and ecology.The digital economy can become a vital part.In order to adapt to the new development model,Shandong Province actively responded to national policies,made efforts to adjust the production structure,realized digital and intelligent transformation,and continued to innovate to increase efficiency and reduce emissions.Therefore,this thesis sinks the research target to Shandong Province,which is helpful to make suggestions for the industrial province,and exploring how the digital economy leads the green development of cities has become a topic worthy of discussion.Whether the enhancement of the digital economy can upgrade ecological efficiency has not been confirmed.The thesis measures the digital economy level and urban ecological efficiency level of each city in Shandong Province.For one thing,I compare the enhancement degree of the digital economy in the three major economic circles in Shandong Province,and focus on the function of industrial structure upgrading from the aspects of direct impact and spatial heterogeneity in order to figure out the role of the digital economy in the process of orderly development.For other thing,the panel data of 16 prefecture-level cities in Shandong Province from 2011 to 2020 are used as samples for empirical testing.The results show that the digital economy has played a vital part in promoting green development;there are significant differences in the impact of digital development on different area.Compared with the south part and provincial capital cities,the progress of the digital economy has a greater impact on the coastal economic circle;the impact of digital finance on ecological efficiency is crucial to the industrial structure.The policy suggestions are as follows: Firstly,the government should play a vital part in investment,it can improve the digital construction,and compact the long-term influence.Secondly,different parts should implement specific methods,properly use natural resources and digital technologies,and focus the key part on the digital economy in regional development while promoting economic growth.Thirdly,it is necessary to maintain the upgrading of the industrial structure and promote the development of emerging industries through the digital transformation of traditional industries.Only this can we bring into the play for the digital economy in industrial optimization,in order to upgrade ecological efficiency and enhance the coordinated level of economy and ecology.
