Coke oven locomotives are specialized equipment in the coking industry,and the coking production process requires the coordination and synchronization of various coke oven locomotives.The interlocking protection system of coke oven locomotives is a key link in the coking production system,and the automatic positioning system of coke oven locomotives is a key step in the interlocking protection system of coke oven locomotives.At present,the interlocking protection of coke oven locomotives mainly relies on manual observation by operators,while the positioning of coke oven locomotives mainly relies on coding cables for positioning.However,this method has low reliability,efficiency,and safety.In order to achieve automatic positioning and interlocking protection of coke oven locomotives,this project conducts research on the interlocking protection system of coke oven locomotives based on ultra wideband wireless communication technology.The specific work is as follows:(1)Firstly,based on the analysis of traditional positioning methods for coke oven locomotives,the problems existing in existing technologies were compared,and a design scheme for an automatic positioning system for coke oven locomotives based on ultra wideband wireless communication technology was proposed.(2)In response to issues such as insufficient positioning accuracy,inability to communicate wirelessly in both directions,and difficulty in maintenance in traditional coke oven locomotive positioning systems,this project has completed the hardware design of the UWB positioning system based on the DWM1000 module,and the software design of the positioning system has been completed based on the optimized TOA positioning algorithm.By combining the UWB positioning module with the onboard electrical control cabinet of the on-site coke oven locomotive,the power supply and wireless communication issues of the positioning module have been solved.A remote control and detection scheme for coke oven locomotives is proposed,utilizing the advantages of UWB wireless communication.The distance monitoring between the coke pusher and the coal loading truck was achieved using a bilateral bidirectional distance measurement algorithm,and a collision prevention protection system was designed.By selecting appropriate crystal oscillators and bilateral bidirectional distance measurement algorithms,the clock synchronization problem was solved,reducing the positioning error caused by clock deviation.Finally,after testing,the positioning error was within 10cm,which can meet the requirements of the coke oven locomotive automatic alignment system for positioning accuracy.(3)In order to facilitate the use of operators,this system has designed and developed a Qt based upper computer software platform,which uses RS485 bus to communicate with the lower computer.Operators only need to operate the upper computer software platform to achieve key data collection,automatic alignment,and other operations.This system has also designed an alarm management system,which will remind the operator to take corresponding measures once the data exceeds the preset alarm value.
