And concluded:First, install seats of switching rocker arm on upward tube, which must be after installing the upward tube and being certain the position of seat of switching rocker arm according to the distance between seats of the switching rocker arm on upward tube in lengthways in common.Second, field erection of upward tube in lengthways, follow the order from the coking room in center to the coking room at both sides, and do that in horizontal to meet the distance from upward tube to the center line on stove of coking in lengthways, after being certain the position of upward tube in horizontal, must meet the point in the center coking room on oven, and do that with increasing the distance of 1351±3mm at both sides.Third, making sure the position of switching rocker arm, must be according to the position of upward tube and the distance from the point to the upward tube.Forth, install all seats of smoke discharging vent, after determine the position of the two seats of smoke discharging vent in the center line on the center coking room on oven, and the position of other seats of smoke discharging vent in accordance with the order of the center line on the center coking room increasing 1351±3mm at two sides.Fifth, installation of hydraulic urn, be under installing seats of switching rocker arm and seats of smoke discharging vent. Drive a discharging smoke car to the center coking room on oven, and make the U-tube for communicating matching to smoke seat. According to the position of the seats of contacting points,determine the position of hydraulic urn.Sixth, set steel way of the smoke guiding car up, behind determining the position of steel way of the smoke guiding car, with following the distance from steel way of the smoke guiding car to the center line of stove of coking in lengthways, with promising error margin smaller than 8mm.
