| In order to solve the problems caused by traditional press blanking line,laser blanking line is widely used.With the development of laser blanking technology,the market has higher and higher requirements for its product modeling.Under the premise of technical conditions to meet the function,the product modeling has become one of the main factors to attract consumers.A design method based on multi-modal physiological data and elite strategy based on Nondominated sorting genetic algorithm Ⅱ(NSGA-Ⅱ)was presented in this thesis.The initial design scheme was evaluated by multi-modal physiological data.According to NSGA-Ⅱ,the initial design scheme was optimized and the optimized data was imported into Solidworks software to quickly generate 3D models.Based on the main project products of an automation joint-stock company as an example,the main research contents include:(1)According to the characteristics of traditional mechanical equipment modeling and user requirements for modular design modeling,determine the order of design,and complete the initial design scheme.Collect vocabularies required by users from product catalogs,related websites and other channels,and delete words with similar meanings and unclear references.Further,through the establishment of the similarity spectrum matrix,the multidimensional scale analysis of the selected words is carried out,and the aggregation of 20 words is analyzed in the 6-dimensional state.Finally,the stable,unified,coordinated,practical and characteristic words are selected as the representative words.(2)The initial scheme was evaluated through multi-modal physiological data,and mathematical models of subjective scale,eye movement evaluation and EEG evaluation were established according to different test indexes,and a comprehensive evaluation model was established.The evaluation scores obtained by Harris chart method were used as subjective evaluation data.The retention time of fixation point and the number of fixation point in eye movement experiment were analyzed and processed as physiological indexes of eye movement evaluation.The P300 components of each channel electrode in frontal and parietal regions were analyzed and treated.The average of the electrode completion channels in the frontal and parietal lobes was used to obtain the peak value of ERP generated by different image words corresponding to each scheme,which was used as an indicator of EEG evaluation.Combined with different data,TOPSIS method was used for comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the design scheme.(3)Construct design criteria according to demand image vocabulary,design aesthetics,ergonomics,etc.Parameterized coding of modeling elements of the user’s main interest area is completed.The optimization objective function is established,and the optimal solution is sought based on NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm in MATLAB R2018 b environment.Through the Solidworks API interface,the Solidworks software was developed secondary,and the human-computer interaction window was established.The3 D modeling was quickly completed on the optimal data input interface window.Using the deductive rules and constraint rules of shape grammar to complete the additional modeling design of the closed warehouse,and finally complete the modeling scheme renderings.This topic is helpful to solve the problem of incongruity of enterprise product image,aesthetic feeling is too traditional,improve the comfort and quality of the production environment.Make the product more in line with ergonomics,aesthetics,corporate culture into the product to improve the overall recognition of enterprise products.In order to solve the problems of strong subjectivity and lack of objective data support of the evaluation results in the selection process of laser blanking production line modeling design scheme,it provides a practical method. |
