Textile Printing and dyeing mainly uses water as the medium of wet technology,manufacturing process will use a lot of clean water resources,and will produce a lot of wastewater.There are a lot of nitrogen,phosphorus,sulfide,heavy metal,surfactant and alkalinity in printing and dyeing wastewater.The discharge and pollution of printing and dyeing wastewater has been an important factor restricting the sustainable development of China’s textile industry and ecological environment protection.If the wastewater is not properly treated,it will not only cause serious harm to the water supply environment,but also aggravate the increasingly tense situation of water resources in China.Since the beginning of the 21 st century,the state has paid more and more attention to the ecological environment protection,and the wastewater discharge standard and the total amount control of regional wastewater discharge have been increasingly strict.In order to ensure the sustainable development of textile printing and dyeing industry,the treatment technology of printing and dyeing wastewater has been constantly showing new changes.Based on the current domestic and foreign textile printing and dyeing wastewater treatment process,this paper takes the optimization and reconstruction project of a textile printing and dyeing enterprise’s wastewater treatment station as a case,according to the characteristics of water consumption,water consumption,drainage characteristics and drainage water quality,a stable wastewater treatment process suitable for the wastewater treatment station of a textile printing and dyeing enterprise was found,according to it,the original sewage treatment station is optimized to meet the design requirements and standards,and the operation effect is analyzed.This research has the characteristics of adapting to local conditions,specific targets and strong pertinence,which can provide reference experience and more detailed data for the construction and transformation of textile printing and dyeing wastewater treatment station,it is beneficial to popularize the optimized reconstruction project of the Sewage Treatment Station in textile printing and dyeing enterprises in the future.The purpose of this optimization transformation of a printing and dyeing wastewater treatment station in a textile printing and dyeing Company is to improve the drainage water quality after treatment.According to the requirements of this optimization transformation and the actual situation of the wastewater treatment station,a set of reasonable optimization transformation scheme is designed.Before the transformation of wastewater treatment station,the process of "artificial grid + hydrolytic acidification + biological contact oxidation + air flotation" was adopted.After the transformation,the process of "mechanical grid +electrolytic cell + coagulation sedimentation + hydrolytic acidification + activated sludge +secondary sedimentation + copolymerization air flotation" was adopted.Two new primary sedimentation tanks were designed to remove large particles suspended solids,reduce the load of subsequent treatment process operation,reduce the hydraulic retention time and improve the location Effluent quality after treatment;The first three groups of the original biological contact oxidation tank are transformed into the activated sludge tank,and the fourth group of the original biological contact oxidation tank is transformed into the secondary sedimentation tank,which improves the removal effect of organic matter,nitrogen and phosphorus,reduces the operation load of the subsequent air flotation system,and makes the effluent water quality more stable;In addition,the original hydrolysis acidification tank and air flotation system were overhauled,and the packing in the hydrolysis acidification tank was replaced with semi-soft packing of PE material.After the renovation,the sewage treatment effect was enhanced and the effluent quality was good,discharge up to standard after treatment.In the sludge treatment process,the plate and frame filter press is more environmentally-friendly as the screw type dehydrator,which solves the problems of the original plate and frame filter press,such as easy blockage,high demand for daily operation and maintenance,high operation cost,etc.The optimization and transformation project of a textile printing and dyeing enterprise’s sewage treatment station met the design requirements and completed the upgrading and transformation of water quality.After the optimization and transformation of the sewage treatment station,the pollution load to the surrounding environment was reduced,the treated wastewater can be reused in the production system and has good environmental and ecological benefits.It provides a useful reference for the selection of treatment process and the reconstruction of similar textile printing and dyeing wastewater treatment station.
