Research On The Governance Techniques Of Casing Damage Well In Huabei Oilfield

With the deepening of oilfield development and the joint influence of geological and engineering factors,the working condition of oil-water well casing has become worse year by year,and serious casing damage can not even be produced,which disrupts the complete grid of injection and production wells in oilfield development,the relationship between injection and production is destroyed,the control degree of reservoir reserves becomes worse,it affects the continuous implementation of oilfield development plan and the promotion of comprehensive economic benefits.Based on the actual situation of casing damage in the 5th exploit factory of Huabei Oilfield company,this paper investigates the current situation of casing damage treatment technology at home and abroad,three kinds of casing damage control technologies,such as casing upward channeling,casing corrosion loss and casing deformation,have been studied.Aiming at the casing damage problem of casing running up,the cold cutting technology is used to cut the casing in the upward channeling part,and the vertical CNC lathe is used to process the casing thread meeting the standard.The adjustable casing riser realizes the reinforcement of wellhead casing and the sealing of casing annulus.Aiming at the problem of casing corrosion and leakage in long well section,the combined treatment technology of expandable pipe hanging non coupling small casing and thermosetting resin was applied to repair and control,the wellbore pressure was 15 MPa after repair,Using the expansion pipe as hanger,the hole diameter reserved is larger,which is conducive to the subsequent oil well operation and production.The thermosetting resin plugging agent has good seepage capacity,consolidation strength,and improves the consolidation strength between the small casing and the original casing,and effectively improves the effective period of the long section corrosion loss well.For wells with casing deformation,optimization of packer outer diameter size and sealing method of packer sealant cylinder,The conventional mechanical packer is replaced by water expandable packer,The radial extrusion pressure between the packer and casing wall increases,the sealing effect of packer is improved,the suspension force of Separate layer production string is increased,the string slippage caused by insufficient anchoring force of packer is reduced.Through the application of casing upward channeling treatment technology in 67 casing upward channeling wells,the expandable pipe hanging non coupling small casing plugging technology was implemented in 8 casing corrosion and leakage wells,and the separate production string technology with water swelling packer was applied in 6 casing deformation wells.The casing damage treatment technology in this paper can restore the normal production of oil and water wells,and effectively extend the production cycle and production life cycle of oil and water wells.
