| The mechanical model of heavy-duty gantry machine tool is an important basis for its structural design and precision analysis.Because the quality of concrete foundation directly affects the mechanical characteristics of machine tools,the machine tool and the foundation must be modeled uniformly.There is a lot of joint surface between the heavy gantry machine tool and foundation,therefore,to establish metal-concrete’s joint surface model is imperative.And the concrete foundation is multi-phase material,it needs to carry out the heavy-duty gantry machine tool-foundation system material attribute correction.First of all,the steel-composite foundation heterogeneous joint surface model was established based on the virtual material method and implanted into the system finite element model;Then,the above model is used to obtain the mapping relationship of natural frequency and material properties,and the BP neural network model is trained with multiple sets of correspondence data as the sample;The natural frequency value of the heavy-duty gantry machine tool-the basic system is obtained through the modal experiment,and the trained neural network model described above is applied to realize the material attribute correction of the machine tool and the foundation.Based on the proposed correction method,the engineering verification is carried out,and the ground pulsation method is used to complete the mechanical model of the heavy-duty gantry machine tool,and then the modified system model is used to carry out the corresponding mechanical characteristics analysis.Ultimately,taking into account the influences of joint surface discussed in this research,the author designed the mechanical analysis visualization system to efficiently acquire training samples and analyse their mechanical features for the heavy-duty gantry machine tool-foundation system.Using the engineering detection method of the mode parameters of the heavy-duty gantry machine tool,and then the system’s mechanical model can be established quickly and accurately by applying the mechanical model method of the heavy-duty gantry machine tool-foundation system.It can provide theoretical and practical guidance for the structural design and foundation’s construction of the heavy-duty gantry machine tool. |
