Wedge gate valve is a kind of control device used to control medium cutting and connecting in oil and water vapor pipeline system such as petrochemical industry and thermal power generation.Among all the components of wedge gate valve,the gate is the most important.Its function is to control the opening and closing of the gate valve.Therefore,the quality of the gate is very important for the working performance and service life of wedge gate valve.Taking ZG00-AR01 wedge gate valve as the research object,the processing technology of sealing surface and annular groove on both sides of gate valve is developed.The main cutting force and cutting temperature in the cutting process of the gate sealing surface were studied by using the finite element simulation software.Finally,the cutting parameters of the gate sealing surface were optimized.The main research contents are as follows:(1)According to the part drawing of the gate,analyze the processing technology of the gate,select the appropriate CNC machining machine tool,design the fixture of the gate,select the appropriate tool and cutting parameters,and design the processing technology of the gate.(2)Establish the 3D model of ram parts and blanks.UG processing module is used to complete the production of gate sealing surface and annular groove tool path.Complete the post processing file of the four-axis horizontal machining center,and export the tool track file as a NC program.(3)Complete the construction of virtual machining machine tool based on UG and VERICUT,and carry out machining simulation of gate.Verify the correctness of numerical control program according to the simulation results,and compare and analyze the processing time of gate.(4)The cutting simulation model of gate sealing surface was established,and the orthogonal experiment was designed to study the influence law of cutting parameters on the main cutting force and cutting temperature.Based on the cutting simulation results,the prediction model of main cutting force and cutting temperature was established by using multiple linear fitting method,and the significance of the prediction model was tested.(5)The cutting parameter optimization model was built by using the prediction model of the main cutting force and cutting temperature of the gate sealing surface,and the optimization program was designed in MATLAB by using the multi-objective genetic algorithm to realize the optimization of the cutting parameters of the gate sealing surface,and the optimization results were analyzed.The results show that the numerical control program of gate sealing surface and annular groove based on UG machining module is correct,and the VERICUT simulation time is most consistent with the actual processing of gate;The optimization results of cutting parameters based on multi-objective genetic algorithm have practical guiding significance for gate machining.
