In order to improve the backward status of industrial index analysis of the traditional coal industry in the links of energy trading,combustion and matching,coal enterprises are actively connected to the Internet,from the simple use of manual testing,manual contract records,arbitrarily retain or discard samples to the full life cycle of digital,intelligent direction.This study is committed to applying the control and data analysis platform of incoming coal intelligent management and control system to coking enterprises,and conducting car-by-car analysis of the elements and industrial indicators of incoming coking coal,so as to quickly identify coal source and quality,identify false and true,eliminate inferior coal from entering the factory,and safeguard the authenticity of incoming coking coal indicators and the interests of coking enterprises.The technologies involved in the development of this platform include X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy(XRF)-near infrared spectroscopy(NIRS)combined coal analyzer,PLC automatic control,LabVIEW graphic programming,Python advanced language programming and MySQL data processing.Among them,coal quality analyzer is responsible for non-destructive and rapid coal quality detection of coking coal;PLC can realize the linkage timing control of coal analyzer,microwave dehydration weight loss meter,grinder,mechanical arm and other equipment;LabVIEW graphic programming for data preprocessing,signal processing and the establishment of database connection channel;Python language is used for customized development of functional modules and secondary development of data;MySQL database is used for data processing and analysis,to help enterprise managers to monitor and forecast coal production,and to provide reference for production and management decisions.Based on the application of the above technology,the following work has been innovatively completed:(1)The hardware platform of automatic coal control is developed,which can analyze and settle the coal truck.Based on PLC control technology,the transfer,detection and recovery of coal samples are completed,and the whole closed-loop operation of mining,manufacturing,quantity and storage of coking coal in the factory is realized without intervention,so as to achieve rapid,bright,true and fair coking coal quality inspection,and build a new normal of spot trading of coal quantity and quality purchase.(2)A software platform for coal data analysis has been developed,and the MySQL database management system has been used to complete the data collection,storage,research and judgment,and visualization in the process of coal inspection.By providing real-time coal quality data and accumulating historical data modeling and analysis,it guides the fine coal mixing and optimized blending in the later stage,realizes the clean and efficient utilization of coal,and helps the information-based management of coking enterprises.
