| Flue gas desulfurization technology is very important for a country with rapid industrial development.The article first analyzes the research progress of flue gas desulfurization technology,the general overview of power plant simulation and the domestic and international applications.After discussion and research,it is found that semi-dry desulfurization technology has been gradually mature in recent years,and has been widely used in northern China.This thesis takes 2×300MW circulating fluidized bed desulfurization system of a coal power company in Shanxi as the research object,and introduces the composition,process flow and the role and characteristics of each equipment of the circulating fluidized bed desulfurization system,adopts the idea of modular modeling,and establishes mathematical models for each equipment and related process flow in the desulfurization system according to its specific physical laws and the internal mechanism of reaction.C++language is compiled to form the algorithm library,and modular packaging is carried out.The simulation model of desulfurization system is built in PSSIM simulation support platform.Based on the virtual DPU technology of NT6000 developed by a domestic automation group,the communication between the virtual DPU controller and the simulation model is realized through Group measurement point table and OPC technology.After debugging the simulation model of the desulfurization system for many times,the simulated effect of 1:1 with the actual unit is finally achieved.By analyzing the many factors that affect the desulfurization efficiency,the influence of flue gas temperature,SO2concentration,absorbent feed amount,ash cycle rate and other factors on the whole desulfurization efficiency is discussed.And plot the curve,compare the simulation results with the field data,and find that the error between the simulation result data and the field operation data is kept within 5%,which achieves the expected purpose.Through the establishment and application of desulfurization simulation system,the convenience and reliability of virtual DPU technology for simulation system is verified.It is believed that this technology will have a better prospect and development in the automatic control of power plant in the future. |
