| Glue spraying is the most important part of automatic production in the shoe industry.Currently,the sole type of adhesive brushing has always been performed manually,and there is no corresponding automatic adhesive spraying system in the market that has been put into actual production.Manual processing methods have many problems in actual production,such as low processing efficiency,low degree of automation,and prone to glue shortage,glue leakage,and glue breakage after processing Problems;In addition,water-based glue contains toxic chemicals such as benzene and formaldehyde,which can seriously affect the health of employees if inhaled for a long time.Therefore,after in-depth analysis of the problems existing in the above manual operation,this paper designs an intelligent film bottom adhesive spraying system based on machine vision.The system first detects the corresponding motion trajectory of the substrate to be processed through visual inspection,then manually modifies the point position and the glue spraying process through the control parameters in the software to achieve better glue spraying effect.Finally,it controls the PLC and the robot to complete the complete glue spraying work through communication to complete the automatic glue spraying process to liberate labor.This topic comes from the actual production demand of the company,and the main work content is determined after analyzing the production demand.The main work and innovative research of this topic include: 1)Building an intelligent glue spraying system based on machine vision detection,mainly including: host computer control system,robot glue spraying subsystem,visual acquisition system,glue supply subsystem,cleaning subsystem,and transmission subsystem;2)Implement an electrical control system that controls the entire system,controlling various parts through PLC to complete corresponding work and executing the entire glue spraying process according to the set logic;3)The algorithm design of substrate vision includes substrate edge extraction algorithm,substrate trajectory generation algorithm,substrate coordinate conversion algorithm,and substrate point interpolation algorithm;4)Based on the Visual Studio 2019 platform,an intelligent glue spraying system software has been developed,and functions such as system calibration,PLC control,point control,and parameter control have been integrated into the software to facilitate operator operation.After completing the system design and algorithm compilation,an intelligent glue spraying platform is further established to conduct glue spraying experiments.Through experiments,it is found that the glue spraying point error generated by the intelligent glue spraying system designed in this article is less than 0.5mm,which meets the production requirements.Finally,through actual glue spraying experiments,the overall qualification rate is up to 96%,which meets the production requirements.The design of this glue spraying system can completely replace manual operation as an automated device,Intelligent glue spraying equipment improves the efficiency of glue spraying while improving the accuracy of glue spraying. |
