| Flameproof type is the most widely used explosion-proof type of electrical equipment in underground coal mine,and type test is the key inspection step in the safety access management of flameproof electrical equipment.However,the traditional type test has not made general specifications on whether the original devices in the flameproof chamber of the flameproof shell are retained,the ignition source and the installation position of pressure measurement points,and the conditions that can produce the maximum pressure combination are not clear.Limit the efficient development of inspection and testing technology.In view of this,this paper takes the flameproof chamber of typical square structure flameproof shell as the research object to study the effects of filling ratio and ignition position on gas explosion in the flameproof chamber.The main work and research results are as follows:(1)A gas explosion test device in flameproof chamber based on flameproof shell type test is developed and designed,which can carry out the test of different filling ratio and ignition position.(2)The effects of filling ratio/ignition position on gas explosion pressure distribution,maximum peak pressure,maximum pressure rise rate and explosion characteristic value(K_G)in flameproof chamber were obtained by explosion test of 9kinds of filling ratio and 5 kinds of ignition position.(3)A new type test method for flameproof cavity and geometric center ignition is established.The inspection and certification method is more scientific and non-destructive type test is realized.To sum up,the gas explosion test device designed in this paper has completed the test of the gas explosion pressure distribution in the cavity or the filling of different specifications and the ignition position,and found out the maximum pressure combination generated.The research results can provide theoretical support for the design,manufacture and quality certification of explosion-proof electrical products. |
