| Rubber latex foam is a kind of porous continuous foaming material which is widely used in various industrial production and human daily life.However,the latex foam will be exposed to environmental factors such as oxygen,heat,light and other environmental factors during the actual production,storage and use,which will lead to the aging of the latex foam,making it lose its use value,causing huge economic losses and causing many troubles to people.Therefore,exploring the aging behavior and aging laws of latex foams with different proportions of natural latex,and establishing a scientific and reasonable model for predicting the life of latex foam can provide guidance and reference for the safety and reliability of latex foams.(1)The aging behavior of 80 NR and 0NR latex sponges at 120 ℃,100 ℃,80℃and 70 ℃ was investigated.The results show that the damage degree of the pore structure of the latex foam becomes more serious with the increase of the aging temperature,and a residue layer appears on the surface of 80 NR at 120 ℃ and 80 ℃;the increase rate of the yellowness index and the maximum yellowness of the latex sponge both increase with The aging temperature increases and the crosslinking density increases during the aging process,and the indentation hardness increases with the aging temperature,the aging products are the same,but the aging rates are quite different.(2)The aging behavior of 80 NR,60NR,50 NR,40NR,and 0NR latex foams at120 ℃ and 80 ℃ was investigated.The results show that under the same aging temperature conditions,with the increase of NR ratio,the performance of the latex foam deteriorates more obviously;the samples with high NR ratio are more prone to chain scission than the samples with low NR ratio;the increase of indentation hardness of the 80 NR sample is much larger.Compared with other NR ratio samples;in the process of thermo-oxidative aging,the various properties of the 80 NR sample are seriously degraded,and the 0NR sample shows good resistance to thermooxidative aging.(3)The aging behaviors of 80 NR,60NR,50 NR,40NR,and 0NR latex foam fabrics covered with natural conditions at room temperature and without fabric in the30 ℃ were investigated respectively.The results show that under the condition of30 ℃,the performance degradation of the latex sponge is not obvious;under the natural aging condition,the performance degradation degree of the latex foam without fabric coating is greater than that under the fabric coating condition.(4)Taking the yellowness index as the evaluation index,the life prediction analysis of the 80 NR latex foam was carried out by the standard method and the variable activation energy method.Both methods can be effectively predicted within the range,and the prediction results of the variable activation energy method in the low temperature range are more in line with the actual working conditions... |
