Research On The Influential Factors Of Residential Waste Classification Behaviors In Urban Villages Of Fuzhou City

With the acceleration of the urbanization process,the framework of urban villages has been gradually enlarged,and the production of household garbage in urban villages has also continued to increase,which has caused serious harm to the living environment,health and sustainable development of human beings.Garbage classification is a reform of the traditional way of garbage collection and disposal,and a scientific management method for effective garbage management.The problem of household garbage classification has become a remarkable topic.A large number of practical experience at home and abroad over the years has shown that the quality optimization of waste classification management is an important link to realize waste reduction,harmless treatment and resource utilization,and classified collection is an effective means to realize waste reduction,resource utilization and harmless.This paper is based on the theories of collaborative governance,planned behavior,stakeholder theory from the perspective of public management,and takes the "governance goal,governance subject,governance object and governance tool" of urban village in Fuzhou city as the analytical framework.Through literature research,field research,case study,questionnaire analysis and other research methods,the current situation of solid waste management in Fuzhou urban villages is sorted out,the practical problems are found out,and the deep causes are analyzed.The results show that there are some problems in the solid waste classification management of urban villages in Fuzhou,such as immature participation mechanism,low value recovery rate,unbalanced hardware and software infrastructure facilities,and low participation in residents.Combined with the enlightenment of garbage classification at home and abroad,Fuzhou urban village solid waste management should strengthen the top-level design and management,establish multiple governance mechanism,cultivate a reasonable business model combined with the extended producer responsibility system,mobilize grass-roots forces,and enhance the public’s awareness of participation in garbage classification.Actively learn from the domestic and foreign experience of household waste management in urban villages,construct a comprehensive legal mechanism and supervision mechanism,and finally put forward quality optimization countermeasures for urban villages in Fuzhou.
