| The coordinated promotion of ecological protection and high-quality agricultural development in the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River is an important step to implement the Outline of the Plan for Ecological Protection and High-Quality Development of the Yellow River Basin and promote coordinated regional development.As China’s ecological barrier and the main economic belt for agricultural production,the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River bear the double pressure of ecological security and agricultural products production,which is directly related to the national ecological and agricultural development level.2021,the total grain output of the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River reached 186 million tons,accounting for 77.8% of the total grain output of the Yellow River Basin and 27.21% of the national total grain output,which is known as "the granary of China".However,the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River are facing problems such as environmental pollution,ecosystem degradation,and unsynchronized development and protection,which constrain the high-quality development of agriculture with high demands on ecological environment.Therefore,on the basis of measuring the level of ecological protection and high-quality agricultural development,using the coupling coordination degree model to analyze the coupling coordination relationship between the two and studying the influencing factors to enhance the coupling coordination degree can promote the efficient linkage of ecological protection and high-quality agricultural development,advance the implementation of ecological protection and high-quality development strategies in the Yellow River basin,and achieve coordinated regional development.In this paper,the coupling coordination degree between ecological protection and high quality agricultural development in 55 cities in the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River was studied.Firstly,based on pressure-state-response,this paper constructs an ecological protection system including indicators such as green coverage rate of built-up areas,and constructs an agricultural high-quality development system including indicators such as patent quantity of agricultural products based on new development concepts.Panel entropy method is used to estimate the level of ecological protection and agricultural high-quality development,and it is concluded that during 2010-2020,The level of ecological protection and agricultural high-quality development in the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River fluctuated and increased,and the level of ecological protection was higher than the level of agricultural high-quality development.The spatial distribution of the two was different,and the performance of the lower reaches was higher than that of the middle reaches.Secondly,the coupling coordination degree model and exploratory spatial analysis(ESDA)method were used to analyze the coupling coordination relationship between ecological protection and high-quality agricultural development in 55 cities in the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River,and the spatio-temporal evolution characteristics.The results showed that the coupling coordination degree between ecological protection and high-quality agricultural development was generally low during 2010-2020.By 2020,only Weihai and Qingdao will cross the threshold value of 0.7 and enter the coordination state.However,the downstream coupling coordination degree is higher than that of the midstream region on the whole,and the spatial positive correlation of coupling coordination degree is significant,and the same type of agglomeration is mainly "low-low" or "high-high" type.Finally,the spatio-temporal and geographical weighted model was used to analyze the influence degree of science and technology level,fiscal expenditure and rural demand on the coupling coordination degree of ecological protection and agricultural high-quality development.The results showed that there were regional differences in the influencing factors,and the coupling coordination degree of financial level and science and technology on ecological protection and agricultural high-quality development became the core influencing factors in most regions.However,rural demand has little influence on the coupling coordination degree of ecological protection and agricultural high-quality development.According to the above conclusions,the following suggestions are put forward: improve the level of ecological protection and agricultural high-quality development according to local conditions according to regional resource endowment;Establish a coordination mechanism between ecological protection and high-quality agricultural development,and promote the coupling and coordination process between ecological protection and high-quality agricultural development;We will pay attention to differences in influencing factors and effectively enhance the coupling and coordination between ecological protection and high-quality agricultural development. |
