Coordination Polymers(CPs)are a class of coordination compounds formed by metal ions and organic ligands through coordination bonds,with complex structures and diverse properties.Due to the different types,proportions and coordination modes of metal ions and organic ligands,coordination polymers with different shapes,sizes and structures can be prepared,such as three-dimensional network structure,layered structure,single molecule structure,etc.Coordination polymers have a wide range of applications,such as catalysis,drug delivery,gas adsorption,photoelectric properties and other fields.The heterocyclic compound 2-thiazolidin-4-carboxylic acid(TTCA)can react with glutathione in the human body via CS2and has been found to be positively correlated with CS2exposure levels.Therefore,TTCA(urinary CS2metabolite)has been recommended as a monitoring indicator for CS2.Temperature is an important index in production and life,the correct measurement of temperature can ensure the production process or experiment to get accurate results,and help to ensure the safety and quality of products and equipment.It is of great significance to formulate convenient and effective TTCA and temperature detection strategies for daily production and life.pH is the level of acid and base in water and is critical for the proper functioning of many living organisms and environmental systems.The change of pH value may cause many problems,such as environmental pollution,chemical reactions and metabolic abnormalities in organisms.Misuse of amtranam(ATM)may lead to an increase in drug resistance,making it less effective in treating infected cases.Secondly,the residue of ATM may exist in food such as milk and meat,which may have an impact on human health if it exceeds the prescribed safety limits.Therefore,rapid and accurate pH detection is as critical as that of ATM.This article describes the coordination of anthracene-based ligands with lanthanide metal ions to assemble two materials with different structures and properties using a solvent-thermal method.The basic structures and properties of the materials were characterized using various testing instruments.Multiple techniques,including single-crystal X-ray diffraction,powder X-ray diffraction,thermogravimetric analysis,elemental analysis,infrared spectroscopy,and fluorescence were used to analyze the crystal structure of the materials and comprehensively characterize their basic properties.In addition,the sensing performance of the materials was explored,demonstrating their potential applications in sensing TTCA,temperature,pH,and antibiotics.Our research work mainly involves two aspects.1.Anovelluminescentanthracene-lanthanidecoordinationpolymer[Tb2Cl2(adip)(NMP)3(H2O)](1)with a two-dimensional coordination network structure was synthesized by a solvothermal method using TbCl3·6H2O and 5,5’-(9,10-anthracenediyl)diisophthalic acid as reactants.Compound 1 showed good stability in aqueous solution.We explored the application of CP1 in fluorescence sensing,including the detection of TTCA and water temperature.The results showed that CP1 can serve as a fluorescent probe for the detection of 2-thioxothiazolidin-4-carboxylic acid(TTCA)and temperature,with excellent selectivity,sensitivity,and anti-interference ability.The Ksvvalue of CP1 for TTCA in the range of0-10μM was 9.78×104M-1,and the lowest detection limit was 92.6 n M.Compound 1 also served as a temperature sensor in the range of 0-60℃,with a Srof 5.74%℃-1(60℃)andδT of 0.013-0.003℃.The sensitivity of CP1 reached the best level reported for chemical sensors.Additionally,the mechanism of fluorescence quenching was studied.2.A new luminescent anthracene-lanthanide metal-organic framework[Tb2Cl2(adip)(NMP)2(H2O)4](2)with a two-dimensional coordination network structure was prepared by a solvothermal method using TbCl3·6H2O and 5,5’-(9,10-anthracenediyl)diisophthalic acid.In exploring the application of MOF2 in fluorescence sensing,we found that MOF2 has a strong response to pH and ATM.The results showed that the sensitivity of MOF2 in the range of pH=5.10 to pH=6.25 is 579%/pH;in the range of ATM concentration of 0-8μM,the Ksvvalue is2.60×106M-1,and the lowest detection limit is 3.46 n M,which are at a higher level among similar chemical sensors.
