In order to explore the influence of different outlet height wind guide plates on the efficiency of wind gathering,the wind tunnel test method is used to measure the characteristics of wind speed and flow field under three wind speeds and different wind direction angles(β=90°,β=60°,β=45°andβ=30°)with four forward-tilting 45°and 60°wind guide plates with different outlet heights(h=3 cm,h=5 cm,h=7 cm and h=9 cm).The relative wind speed at the height of 1/2 outlet is analyzed,and the wind direction angle(β),outlet height(h),velocity of wind flow(V0)and horizontal distance from wind guide plate(x)are selected to establish a multiple regression wind gathering effect model for each point wind speed(V(x))at the height of 1/2 outlet of wind guide plate.It provides theoretical support for determining the field laying mode.The main results of this thesis are as follows:(1)The wind speed flow field of wind guide plates with four different outlet heights can be divided into growth zone,strong wind zone,weak wind zone and diffusion deceleration zone,but the influence range of different wind direction angles on each zone are different.When the wind direction angle is 90°,for forward 45°wind guide plates,the strong wind zone with h=9 cm have the largest influence range,which is 0.8 H,0.2H and0.4 H larger than the other three wind guide plates respectively.Only h=7 cm and h=9 cm have strong wind zone in forward 60°wind guide plates,and the influence range of h=9 cm strong wind zone is 0.1 H larger than that of h=7 cm.(2)As far as wind collection efficiency,forward-tilting 45°wind guide plates have stronger effect on the growth of incoming flow than 60°.When the wind guide plates are arranged perpendicular to the main wind direction,the average relative wind speed of forward 45°wind guide plate with h=5 cm is the largest at the horizontal measuring point of0.5 H,which is 14.91%,15.93%and 4.80%larger than that of the other three wind guide plates.The average relative wind speed of forward 60°wind guide plate with h=9 cm is the largest at the horizontal measuring point of 0.5 H,which is 48.72%,100.00%and 16.00%larger than the other three wind guide plates.(3)Under different indicated wind speed conditions,the wind collection efficiency of different specifications of wind guide plate is most affected by the height of the air outlet of wind guide plate,and is least affected by the angle of wind direction.The fitting degree of the prediction model of the wind gathering effect of the forward-tilting 45°wind guide plates are significantly higher than that of the 60°wind guide plates,which is V(x)=-0.144+0.145h+(-0.022)β+0.808 V0+0.092 x(R2=0.758).Overall,h=9 cm wind guide plate is better than other wind guide plates. |
