Vast Inner Mongolia region in the 21 st century economy high speed development,home to the brick structure,old house reconstruction structure is especially important in today’s era,traditional brick structure structure reinforcement method is mainly through the method in daub the wall on both sides of the cement mortar,so the researchers need a mechanical performance is better than the traditional cement mortar cement mortar-fiber cement mortar.The mechanical properties of cement mortar can be enhanced by controlling the length and dosage of glass fiber in a certain range.Strong impact resistance,high elastic modulus,high tensile strength and chemical stability are the outstanding advantages of glass fiber.High elastic modulus,impact resistance,good insulation and stable chemical properties,high tensile strength,high temperature resistance,radiation resistance are the structural advantages of basalt fiber.This thesisr make full use of the above two kinds of fibre materials,through in the cement mortar mixed with different dosage of glass fibers and the basalt fibers made of block as the research object,carries on the cement mortar mechanical properties test and microscopic test,studied in three different adding ways,two kinds of fibers and different dosage on the influence of the macro mechanical properties of cement mortar.After the results of this test,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)When glass fiber is added separately,the small pores in cement mortar increase,and the fluidity of cement mortar decreases due to glass fiber incorporation,which will slightly improve the flexural strength and compressive strength of cement mortar.The glass fiber content can not be greater than 0.4% volume content,which will sharply reduce the compressive strength and flexural strength of cement mortar,and the flexural ratio starts to be unstable.(2)When basalt fiber is added separately,the fluidity of cement mortar will be reduced,and the flexural strength of cement mortar will be increased slightly due to the addition of basalt fiber.The compressive strength of basalt fiber cement mortar with 0.1%volume content is greatly improved,and the maximum strength can be increased by 50%.When the content of basalt fiber is greater than 0.15%,the compressive strength increases weakly.(3)the fluidity of cement mortar decreases slightly due to the mixing of glass fiber and basalt fiber.The flexural strength of cement mortar is improved by mixing glass fiber and basalt fiber,and the compressive strength of cement mortar is greatly enhanced by mixing two kinds of fiber.When the mixing amount of two kinds of fiber is 0.1%,the maximum strength can be increased by 40%.When the content of basalt fiber is greater than 0.15%,the increase of compressive strength begins to decrease,and the content of glass fiber can not be greater than 0.4% volume content,which will greatly reduce the compressive strength and flexural strength of cement mortar.It can be seen by electron microscopy that the fiber is not evenly distributed in cement mortar,and the flexural ratio starts to be unstable.(4)The load displacement data of fiber cement mortar with various additives were obtained through experimental measurement,and the constitutive equation was established to obtain the corresponding stress-strain curve in the process of unidirectional compressive stress of the specimen.The actual data had a good fitting degree with the selected constitutive model,and all the fitting correlations were above 0.9.
