Evaluation Of The Performance Of Express Packaging Reverse Logistics In The Context Of Digital Intelligence

With the rapid development of e-commerce,the number of express deliveries in the logistics industry is also increasing year by year.In order to ensure the integrity and safety of the goods during transportation,courier companies need to implement necessary packaging for the express goods.However,when express packaging materials reach consumers’ hands and are not properly recycled,the packaging materials become waste,leading to serious resource waste and environmental pollution issues.However,promoting the rational and efficient recycling of express packaging is one of the key factors in China’s development of a circular economy.At the same time,various industries are deeply integrating with cloud technology,big data,artificial intelligence,etc.This dissertation integrates the background of the information age,and in order to provide relevant logistics recycling enterprises with a reference for evaluation,combined with the new characteristics of the digital supply chain,constructs a performance evaluation index system for reverse logistics of express packaging materials.In order to analyze the potential application of the digital recycling model of express packaging in real life,this dissertation integrates the technical architecture of Balanced Scorecard(BSC)and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),and proposes a comprehensive calculation process for the performance evaluation system of reverse logistics of express packaging materials.This dissertation elaborates and analyzes the relevant theories of performance evaluation for reverse logistics of express packaging materials,applies the Balanced Scorecard(BSC)to scientifically design the indicator system,calculates and analyzes the indicator weight based on Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),and calculates the reverse logistics performance of express packaging recycling enterprises through examples.Through the above research methods,the corresponding performance evaluation results are obtained,and then the numerical scores of each indicator are traced back to analyze the existing shortcomings and provide targeted optimization suggestions.Inspired by the digital intelligence of supply chain logistics,this dissertation integrates collaboration,interoperability,and data platforms,and introduces digital intelligence information technology,information sharing,energy consumption reduction,green and low-carbon indicators for reverse logistics of express packaging.It forms a green,safe,and efficient reverse logistics model,and innovates and improves the performance evaluation model of reverse logistics for express packaging.This has laid a solid foundation for the scientific decision-making of express packaging recycling enterprises,thus keeping up with the pace of the digital and information age,promoting a green circular economy,and increasing social and economic benefits.
