Diamide compounds have novel structure,unique mechanism of action and high insecticidal and acaricidal activity,and are now one of the hot spots in the development of new pesticides.However,at present,most bisamide compounds have met the problem of high pesticide resistance of pests.In order to develop bisamide compounds with high activity,low cost and low toxicity,this paper takes bromofluorobenzene bisamide as the lead compound,and designs and synthesizes five series I,II,III,IV,V,a total of 50 new compounds through intermediate derivatization,active substructure splicing and other methods,and through 1H NMR The structure of the target compound was confirmed by 13C NMR,HRMS and other characterization methods.At the same time,the synthetic route and synthesis conditions were researched during the experiment,and a better synthetic method was formed.The insecticidal and acaricidal activities of a series of target compounds were determined according to the method specified in the"Guidelines for the indoor bioassay test of pesticides".In terms of diamondback moth killing activity,five series of compounds have good activity,Series I compounds have the best activity,most of which can reach more than 80%activity at a mass concentration of 10mg/L,and the killing rate of compounds Ia and Iad at a mass concentration of 1mg/L is 86%and72%respectively,which is higher than that of commercial products of the same concentration;Series II and III compounds also have good activity,and the activity of IIa,IIIa,IIId and IIIe at 10 mg/L mass concentration is 98%,97%,91%and 94%respectively.Series IV and V compounds showed general insecticidal activity.In terms of acaricidal activity,the compounds in series I,II and III have good performance.Among them,the activities of Ia,Idd,Ig,IIa,IIf,IIIa,IIId and IIIf against Tetranychus urticae at a mass concentration of 1mg/L are 83%,34%,72%,37%,65%,40%,34%and 73%,respectively,which are higher than those of the commercial product Acetamide at the same concentration;The acaricidal activities of compound IVf in series IV and compound Vf in series V at a mass concentration of 50mg/L were 83%and 82%,respectively.
