| Wheelchair users are prone to complications such as poor blood circulation,hypothermia,muscle atrophy,lumbago,and pressure sores due to sitting for a long time.As a result,a series of problems such as inconvenience in wearing and taking off clothes,improper wearing and insufficient comfort are generated,and the demand for heating protection of clothes is increased.It is very necessary to alleviate the problems existing in the clothing of wheelchair users and meet their heating requirements.However,there are few examples of integrating smart functions into the clothing of wheelchair users.Based on the research on the clothing needs of wheelchair users,a functional clothing system for wheelchair users is designed,and smart healthcare function is integrated into the clothing system to realize the construction of smart healthcare clothing system for wheelchair users.Firstly,through literature analysis and practical research,the problems and needs that wheelchair users face in terms of clothing are understood.Based on literature analysis,this paper analyzes the clothing needs of wheelchair users from physiological and psychological aspects.Questionnaire survey and interview are conducted among wheelchair users,and reliability analysis,multiple response analysis and Chi-square test are combined to verify the reliability and difference of the survey results.Based on the analysis and survey results,the clothing needs of wheelchair users are summarized from the aspects of clothing style,structure,fabric,accessories and functions.Secondly,functional clothing and accessories for wheelchair users are designed according to their clothing needs.The most suitable clothing style for wheelchair users is determined by AHP-PUGH decision matrix;Combined with garment incision experiment,the structure design adapts to the needs of wheelchair users in various activity scenes during daily wearing.According to the needs of different body parts of wheelchair users,clothing fabric is designed and matched.Functional clothing for wheelchair users is designed from the aspects of style selection,structure design and fabric compatibility.Add functional clothing accessories such as seat cushions and backrests to wheelchair users’ clothing.Starting from the research on the comfort needs of the hips and back during human sitting posture,combined with the physical condition and sitting needs of wheelchair users and the national standard of adult body size,design suitable seat cushions and backrests for wheelchair users to alleviate their health problems caused by prolonged sitting.Thirdly,according to the needs of wheelchair users on the heating property of clothing,smart temperature measuring heating devices are used to add smart healthcare function to the clothing of wheelchair users.Combined with the principle of human body temperature distribution and the function of acupoints,the temperature range monitored by the smart healthcare system,the comfortable temperature range of monitoring parts and monitoring points,as well as the heating materials and heated body parts are designed and verified to ensure the wearing comfort of the smart healthcare clothing system and the accuracy of temperature monitoring.Select appropriate electronic devices for assembly and welding through hardware design,and achieve smart healthcare functions through software coding.The leg temperature of wheelchair users is monitored in real time,the temperature measurement data of wheelchair users is fed back in real time through the mobile phone client,and the heating device is controlled to heat the legs when the temperature of the legs is detected to be too low.Considering the requirements of comfort,accuracy,precision reliability,safety stability and durability,the electronic equipment is integrated into the wheelchair user clothing system to realize the construction of smart healthcare clothing system.Finally,the subjects are invited to carry out experimental test on the designed clothing system,and make comprehensive evaluation through subjective evaluation and objective experiment.The objective experimental results are analyzed by SPSS,and the analysis data shows that the improved clothing is better than the pre-improved clothing in terms of convenience and pressure comfort.Smart healthcare clothing system has excellent temperature measurement accuracy and heating safety.The subjective evaluation results also show that the smart healthcare clothing system is superior to the ordinary clothing in the evaluation of clothing,electronic devices and clothing accessories,showing excellent performance.The comprehensive evaluation results show that the smart healthcare clothing system designed for wheelchair users has excellent wearing performance and smart healthcare function,which can meet the practical application needs of wheelchair users.The design of the smart healthcare clothing system can improve a series of problems that wheelchair users face when wearing existing clothing,such as inconvenience in putting on and off,improper wearing,and insufficient comfort.It can monitor the health status of wheelchair users in real-time and provide them with additional warmth requirements.Improving the efficiency of disease prediction and prevention,providing useful information when studying various diseases,helping to detect diseases early and monitor the development and treatment of diseases,helping wheelchair users complete health monitoring and physical care;Promoting the integration of wheelchair users into society,enabling them to participate in social life in a more comfortable and equal manner,and promoting the harmonious and stable development of society;Enriching the existing types of clothing,injecting a glimmer of momentum into the development of wheelchair user clothing,and playing a certain role in promoting the overall development of the clothing industry
