| Metal materials such as Ti Al alloy usually have high temperature control requirements in the rolling process.When the rolling temperature exceeds or is lower than the suitable rolling temperature range,the strip is easy to produce defects.As a component directly in contact with the strip,the surface temperature of the roll plays an important role in ensuring the rolling temperature of the strip.In this paper,the roll surface electromagnetic temperature control technology is used to control the roll surface temperature.According to the requirements of the roll surface and roll end temperature control of the electromagnetic temperature control roll,focusing on the electromagnetic temperature controller,temperature control roll and other core components,the key issues such as the selection of the flux form of the temperature controller,the improvement of temperature control ability and the roll-end cooling control mechanism are solved.Firstly,the process principle of electromagnetic temperature control of roll surface and the coupling relationship between magnetic and thermal are analyzed,and the transverse and longitudinal magnetic flux temperature control forms of electromagnetic temperature control of roll surface are proposed.The finite element calculation models of transverse and longitudinal magnetic temperature control structures of electromagnetic temperature control of roll surface are constructed respectively,and the experimental platforms of electromagnetic temperature control of roll surface are built respectively to verify the calculation accuracy of the models.It provides a reliable simulation model for studying the electromagnetic temperature control technology of roll surface.Secondly,the differences in the temperature control capabilities of transverse and longitudinal magnetic temperature control structures were explored,and the influence rules of electromagnetic parameters on the preheating temperature,preheating efficiency of roll surface and the uniformity of roll surface were analyzed.The relationship between energy efficiency of two temperature control structures at the same temperature control target temperature was explored,providing support for the selection of temperature control structures.Thirdly,in order to improve the temperature control ability as the goal,according to the characteristics of transverse magnetic temperature control space structure,put forward three kinds of magnetic structure,analyze the influence of three kinds of magnetic structure on roll surface temperature control,explore the temperature controller space layout form and the influence of multi-zone temperature control on roll surface temperature,optimize the temperature controller structure and form.Based on the optimized transverse magnetic temperature control structure,the influences of roll speed,roll diameter and current control strategy on roll surface temperature control were investigated.Finally,according to the cooling control requirements of the electromagnetic temperature control roll,the cooling control characteristics of the electromagnetic temperature control roll end were studied,and the influence of the cooling position and the cooling structure of the roll end on the temperature of the roll neck and surface was analyzed,which provided a basis for the design of the electromagnetic temperature control roll cooling structure. |
