Application Design Of Wedding Supplies With The Modeling And Decorative Elements Of Quanzhou Paper Lanterns

As one of the first national intangible cultural heritage protection projects,Quanzhou paper lanterns is one of the famous traditional handicrafts in Fujian Province,with important artistic and cultural values.This article mainly from the perspective of design,the modelling of lanterns in quanzhou and decorative elements,sorting,analysis and extraction from the perspective of text and design and the way,will not have skill and decorative elements of modeling in transformation,the development series with minnan region culture characteristic,laminating minnan marriage customs,conform to the aesthetic preferences in minnan region and wedding with lanterns unique artistic characteristics.The whole paper is divided into three parts.The first part mainly discusses the significance of this topic,and expounds the design of the research ideas and innovative points.The second part briefly introduces the history of the development of Quanzhou lanterns,and analyzes the technical characteristics,classic shapes and auspicious meanings in the decorative patterns of quanzhou paper lanterns from three aspects:technology techniques,three-dimensional structure and decorative patterns.The third part:1.Through a comprehensive survey,sort out the current demand for wedding supplies,analyze the existing market products.2.According to the observation of wedding activities in Quanzhou area,research the content that needs to be designed.3.According to the modeling structure of lanterns,we designed a series of wedding articles,such as "happy" lights,fruit bowls and other three-dimensional modeling.4.Integrate lantern decoration into three-dimensional structure to create a series of wedding articles with regional cultural characteristics of Southern Fujian.Intangible cultural heritage is a treasure house,but it is also an open and interactive system with social culture,which is always in a dynamic process of development.Non-heritage creation and development is a way of inheriting intangible cultural heritage in contemporary times.This research uses the method of design to understand traditional culture and inject new vitality into traditional skills.It is hoped that such thoughts and methods can be helpful to the contemporary development of traditional crafts.
