| Water jet polishing technology has the advantages of high polishing structure adaptability and good polishing effect.In recent years,it has been rapidly developed in the world,and has been widely used and practiced in many difficult polishing materials or complex surface cavity structures.The grooves of the shape surface of linear bearings are concave,and the polishing method is limited.The water jet polishing technology effectively overcomes this difficulty because of its unique processing method,and realizes efficient and environmentally friendly polishing.In this academic article,starting from the basic theory of water jet fluid movement and combining with the basic theory and principle of abrasive water jet processing,the improved basic profile of ball polishing test driven by water jet is proposed.Namely,raceway steel ball acts as the traditional polishing particle,the force analysis is carried out on the motion state of ball in raceway,and the material removal mechanism is carried out when ball impinges on the inner surface of raceway.According to the above analysis and research,the technological parameters affecting the raceway test of plastic cage of ball polishing linear bearing driven by water jet are preliminarily determined,which lays a sufficient guiding foundation for the subsequent specific tests.Then,according to the basic principle of water jet polishing and the target requirements of linear bearing plastic cage polishing,the water jet driving ball linear bearing plastic cage polishing system is designed,which includes booster system,jet system,sealing system and other auxiliary systems.Material selection,selection and structure design were carried out for these four subsystems respectively,and assembly and optimization suitable for this experiment were carried out.A polishing system for plastic cage raceway of linear bearing based on water jet driving ball was built.The pressure provided by this system was between 0to 5 MPa,and the jet provided was uniform columnar jet.Meet the requirements of raceway jet polishing in the test.Finally,the polishing process test of raceway in plastic cage of linear bearing was carried out through the established jet polishing system and test platform.Single factor tests were carried out on internal raceway roughness such as jet pressure,jet Angle,number of ball abrasive particles,jet ejection distance and jet working time to explore the influence of relevant process parameters on internal raceway roughness,and then orthogonal tests were carried out.Combined with the test results,the optimal process parameter combination of polishing test of plastic cage of linear bearing based on water jet driven ball was summarized.In the end,image tester was used to verify the shape results and hardness tester was used to check the surface quality. |
