Study On Anti-mildew Sliced Bamboo Plywood With Spice Essential Oil

Sliced Bamboo,as a high-grade decorative material,has been applied in various degrees in the fields of architecture,interior decoration and so on.However,it is extremely susceptible to mildew becoming seriously contaminated and losing its use value,which limits the application range,and urgent research on mildew bamboo is urgent.In order to realize the dual functions of antimycotic and malodour compounds of planed cut bamboo,in this paper,we screened spices essential oil with fresh aroma and better inhibitory effect on the common mildews of bamboo by investigating the antibacterial and antibacterial properties of the spices essential oil,and then they were used for antimycotic treatment of planed cut bamboo to prepare a spilly type of antimycotic and sliced bamboo plywood.The main findings were as follows:(1)The antibacterial properties and mechanism of spices essential oil with a concentration of3.125-100 mg/m L against common mildews in bamboo were studied using the Oxford Cup method.The results showed that when the concentration of clove essential oil was 6.25-100 mg/m L,and the concentration of oregano essential oil was 12.5-100mg/m L,it had a strong antibacterial activity against Phyllostachys tenuifolia;When the concentration of fennel essential oil is 25-100 mg/m L,it has only weak antibacterial activity against the mildews of bamboo.Among them,when the concentration of clove essential oil reaches 12.5 mg/m L,and the concentration of oregano essential oil reaches 25mg/m L,the antibacterial rate of common mildews on sliced bamboo can reach 100%.clove essential oil is a better mildew inhibitor for anti-mildew treatment of sliced bamboo.Clove essential oil can inhibit or kill the mold by damaging and destroying the cell membrane of the planed bamboo mold,making the mycelium of the mildew seriously shrunk,twisted,rough surface,holes or partial structural cracks,or interfering with and destroying the balance of p H of the intracellular and extracellular fluid of the cell.cell.(2)The processing parameters and mildew resistance of clove essential oil on sliced bamboo were studied by single factor method and response surface method.The results showed that the concentration of clove essential oil was the main factor affecting the drug load of anti-mildew treatment of sliced bamboo.When the width of sliced bamboo was 300 mm × 300 mm,47.04 mg/m L clove essential oil concentration and 3 h soaking time,its drug loading reached the maximum.Clove essential oil has 75%efficacy against Aspergillus Niger(AN),100% efficacy against Trichoderma Viride(TV)and Penicillium Citrinum(PC),and 50% efficacy against Mixed Mildews(MM).(3)Using clove essential oil to treat sliced bamboo veneer with different mildews prevention treatments and blank forming methods,mold prevention sliced bamboo veneer was prepared,and the control effect on mildews was studied.The results showed that each layer of sliced bamboo plywood was impregnated with clove essential oil,which was better than the partially impregnated clove essential oil in terms of mildew resistance.The control effect on AN,TV,PC and MM reached 50%,75%,100% and 25% respectively.
