Oil pipelines are the primary means of transporting oil and natural gas across great distances.It is critical to successfully tackle the corrosion problem of long-distance pipes in the pipeline transportation process.The major use of oil pipeline anti-corrosion technology is ecologically friendly,efficient,and cost-effective anti-corrosion coatings,which follow the state’s general trend of supporting low-carbon environmental protection.Due to its green environmental protection and remarkable performance,polyurea elastomer(SPUA)material has become extensively employed in many anti-corrosion protection industries in recent years,and it has great technological and market benefits.Polyurea materials are expected to play a significant role in the field of oil pipeline anti-corrosion.A modified polyurea anticorrosion coating with good mechanical,oleophobicity,and antifouling qualities was investigated in this article.First,to meet the requirements of the mechanical properties of oil pipelines,the types of A component isocyanate and B component chain extender of polyurea coating and the formulation of raw materials were analyzed and compared,and the composition of raw materials was finally determined;at the same time,the mechanical properties were determined.The most optimal process conditions,such as pre-polymerization temperature and duration,were discovered.To improve the polyurea coating’s mechanical characteristics and mechanical strength.The physical modification of the above-mentioned polyurea coatings with activated carbon was examined in this work as a cost-effective modification strategy.The experimental results show that when the addition amount of activated carbon in the B component is 0.8 wt%,the strengthening and toughening of the polyurea coating can be simultaneously achieved,and the increase can reach more than 80%.Finally,in order to enhance the oleophobicity and antifouling properties of the polyurea coating when applied to oil pipelines.On the surface of a polyurea coating structure,1H,1H,2H,2H-perfluorodecyltriethoxysilane(FAS-17),polytetrafluoroethylene micropowder(PTFE),and fluorinated Si O2 were utilized to create a low surface energy multi-component composite.The water/oil contact angle achieves its greatest value when the FAS-17 in the dispersion is 4 wt%and the coarse micropowder particles are 0.75 wt%(where the ratio of PTFE and fluorinated Si O2 is1:1),and the polyurea coating is at this time.The amount of oleophobicity and stain resistance has been increased.
